This complaint is based on the incredible lack of quality, leadership and service by Kintner Modular Homes. I have never before seen such a complete lack of respect for personal property or complete incompetence of a company. Our 200K plus home is a mess and I would not recommend these people to anyone.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Do not do business with Kintner Homes. They do not care about you or your home, only your money. And they sure as heck don't care about whether you are satisfied. They will do the minimum required to meet the contract terms. If you have problems during the build they will have an excuse ready or blame someone else. They are poorly managed and when it comes to scheduling have no clue how to coordinate tasks or contractors. Do yourself a favor and find another builder.
