On June 7th 2022 our air did not work we had nothing called our Kingsport heating and air since this was the company who installed the unit we found out the air conditioner was not working which isn't surprising Kingsport Heating and air put the unit in, in 2013, we moved in the home 2019 each year this company has to come out to do one service or another on average at least 3 or more times per summer.

Last summer we had to have a compressor installed which is not cheap on top of several other issues they have had to address, and we had to pay for each time. So this summer the unit still under warranty with the compressor thank goodness because it had to be replaced again on 6/7/22 we had the service techs came out he informed me that the compressor was blown and a new unit had to be in stalled.

Since then they had to order a new compressor but still made me pay for labor on something that was under warranty, but I digress. My husband since the unit went out had to have a partial amputation on his foot and had to go to the hospital.

A few weeks ago after the new unit was installed the air stopped working again so I had to call them again! New service guy came his name was E.J. 7/12/22 he came out went through everything, he found that the unit had water standing which only could mean that when the of the new unit which takes about 6 hours to install took the two guys [I don't know their names] but it only took them 1 hour and 1/2 to install, so I don't believe the new unit was installed correctly. So charging me again 195.00 to clean out the standing water in the tray. 2 days later 7/15/22 the unit stopped working again, called them they sent the same guy E.J. out he checked everything again and the compressor was blown. He said he would put the order through on Mon. I got a call from E.J. the service guy he said the compress would be in on 7/20/22. I didn't here anything from Kingsport Heating and Air so I called them this morning.

I asked am I getting air today since I had just brought my husband home from the hospital the girl on the phone said yes today, but let me check where the unit is, but that I would have to pay for the freon and labor. I said NO I just paid this a few weeks ago she said she had to locate the unit. I hadn't heard anything so I called back and ask to speak to the owner, she replied he's not in and I ask when he would be in. his name is Rick. She said she didn't know but that she would give him a message that I wanted a call back. I called at 3pm she now states that the unit is on backorder I again ask to speak to the manager. She said he still isn't in but would be before the end of the day. Online says they closed at 5pm so at 4:45 I called back their answering service informed me that they were closed and the only thing she could do was to call the on call service tech. But she said call back tomorrow

What resources do I have at this point?

Desired outcome: I would love for them to fix the unit right without me having to keep paying when this was under warranty.
