I bought a 70" Samsung television in 2020 from the brick and bought the extended warranty. I thought Samsung's are good TVs I probably don't need a warranty but good idea anyways. Right. However, my Samsung screen has broken down and had to be replaced 3 times in 3 yrs. The most resent was back in July/2023. The king and state warranty (used by the brick) fixed my tv all three times but what a pain in the [censored] to deal with. This last time tho, I really have an issue with. First of all it took months to get the problem resolved. Secondly, the technician that repaired the Samsung initially told me there were no screen available, but king and state insisted there was one available, after a couple months they did get it fixed. Finally, the reason I writing this complaint the new screen replaced just about 5mo ago has now stopped working just like all the rest have. I have reason to believe that they replaced the screen with a refurbished one not a new one and now the warranty is no longer valid. Highly convenient for them.

I don't know if it's Samsung but I do know, don't buy from the brick they're a joke and so is the king and state very shifty and untrustworthy. Go to visions or best buy. The same technician that fixed my Samsung, told me that these guys actually replace your defective television. No hassles. Supposedly anyhow.

Claimed loss: 900$

Desired outcome: My money back as indicated in the warranty up to $900.
