I ordered the Kinetic Pro Smartwatch, I very disappointed when I received it. It was of very poor quality and the when I tried to charge it it would not charge. I sent an email to, [protected]@buykineticsmartwatch.com to request a return shipping label to return the watch and to say I am also expecting a refund of the $98.92 I paid for the watch. I sent the email on January 25, 2022 and it is January 29, 2022 and I have yet to receive a response from this company. I have filed a claim with my credit union to assist in getting my money back.

I order the watch and ear pods on January 15, 2022 and received it on January 24, 2022. My order number is 856EF95383.

Desired outcome: I am requesting to receive a return shipping label and a refund of what I paid.

I wish I had found these reviews before I ordered my watch. I ordered the one for $39.99.What a joke! It didn't work at all. When I called to return it they wanted me to keep it and refund me $12,I refused such a gracious offer (lol) then they offered me $17 credit,they assured me this would be easier than me returning it. I assured them I had no intention of keeping a watch that didn't work. Surprisingly I did get the credit for my returned watch and thought I was done with this company.

However a few weeks later I got a charge from them for $40 for the app.A charge for an app for a watch that I didn't have,because it didn't work. I had canceled that app when I returned the watch. The company Never returned any of my several phone calls,and only replied to one of my 4 emails. Which told me they would look into it.Of course I have never heard anything else. I would strongly urge anyone to never purchase anything from this company!

I ordered the Smart watch, read and studied, the Watch will not connect blue tooth to the phone... Then is get charged $39.99 for an on going subscription, that when you order the say you applied for subscription.

I ordered by smartwatch on 2/6/22 through a Facebook ad. I have not received the watch as advertised as well as I cannot track the order per their website. When I tried to email, I got no response.

Guess I will have to deny the charges as this appears to not be a legitimate company or some other problem.

My Kinetic Smart Watch app is not available in English so I returned it to the company for a full refund per their website. They are refusing to stand behind their product and will not respond to my calls. I have requested my bank to reverse my payment. I would NOT recommend this product.
