I ordered the Kinetic Pro Smartwatch, I very disappointed when I received it. It was of very poor quality and the when I tried to charge it it would not charge. I sent an email to, [protected]@buykineticsmartwatch.com to request a return shipping label to return the watch and to say I am also expecting a refund of the $98.92 I paid for the watch. I sent the email on January 25, 2022 and it is January 29, 2022 and I have yet to receive a response from this company. I have filed a claim with my credit union to assist in getting my money back.

I order the watch and ear pods on January 15, 2022 and received it on January 24, 2022. My order number is 856EF95383.

Desired outcome: I am requesting to receive a return shipping label and a refund of what I paid.

I can not believe it. This company is getting away with scamming and robbing senior citizens on a fixed income of our money, and no agency is doing anything about it.

SHAME SHAME SHAME on this company...I was already upset about the watch and now I get a deduction from my account for 39.99 for an app? What app and when did I order it? The answer is, I DIDN'T! I was all set to just eat the cost of the watch, which is not what they said it was, when I saw the statement from my card service.

I called a few minutes ago and was put on hold. After waiting for some time, a recording instructed me to leave a voice message which I did. Then I found the site to get customer service and found all these people who have complaints and evidently no satisfaction is forthcoming from the company.

I'm 73 years old and it looks like many of the people on this site are older people on a fixed income who just want to get something affordable to help them with their health. Instead, we are cheated on and lied to by a company with questionable ethics.

I ordered the Kinetic Pro Smartwatch, I very disappointed when it stop working after just six weeks. It was of very poor quality and the when I tried to charge it it would not charge. Then I find out it just warranted for only 30 days. What a ripped off.

This company totally screws you over. They are charging me $39.99 a month for an APP that I NEVER subscribed to. When I email them they give me the brush off. Obviously a Chinese scam. The watch itself is actually fine but his APP service is where they are getting people. I am disputing this charge and hopefully my CC company will help avoid further charges.

I ordered the Kinetic Smart Watch and it does not work. I have called the support number and they just hang up on me. I am out 100.00 dollars for watch, charger, bracelet. So disappointed that facebook will let these adds on.

Worse watch you can buy, impossible to charge, so if you want a watch that is only good for a week then buy this one

My 85 year old mom bought the kinetic pro sports watch two weeks ago. The watch and the customer service are both awful.

Watch keeps incorrect time, usb connection is too loose and keeps getting disconnected when trying to charge. It won't connect to her Bluetooth either

Emailed company several times w no reply. Called customer service. Couldn't get a live person and left two voice messages.

Called Discover today to dispute the charges.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this awful company.

I was in this website for 4 hours now trying to find the solution that I needed and that's when I ended seeing this website to write a comment .I did everything I could to reach them, but NOT SUCCESSFUL. Too desperate, I bought extra wrist and a charger and 2 Kinetic watches, that's a total of $145.00 Must get my money back.

This is a BOGUS company. For your first call before you purchase, they have a person to answer your call, looking like a legit company who has the courtesy to answer and have a good support to customers, after you buy the items, NO more and if you will get a chance to chat them, the more they will connect to a "secured link', which is another BOGUS as it will ask your credit card again and after that, that's when figured out that this is a SCAM||||.

I bought 2 KINETIC SMART WATCHES FOR ME AND MY HUSBAND AND AFTER CONNECTING IT TO OUR PHONES APP, it only worked for 2 days and after that it stated, "DEVICE NOT CONNECTED". I called them and no answer, always states, "no service support available. I left my cellphone number and no return call received. I emailed them and the email provided is not valid.

I just received my order today in the mail and after opening the package I had ordered the pro watch, quick charger and an extra orange wrist band. The extra wrist band was missing. I did call customer service and they apologized and said they would ship me one and I should get it in 3-5 days. I asked if they could expedite the shipping of the missing wrist band and they said NO! So now I am still waiting to receive all that I paid for in my original order. Get it right the first time and customers would be happier!

Not even two months and the watch is 10 mins late ..wonder what else is wrong? Couldn't recharge using their charger..resorted to another. Let's see how long to respond.

As near as I could tell, the watch performed as it was supposed to for a couple of months, then it wouldn't charge anymore. I emailed and they sent me a video of the charging procedure, which was rather obvious anyway. What the video did show was that the charging "tongue" on the watch was supposed to have two metal strips which would serve as charging contacts. Mine didn't have them, although I have to assume that they were there at first because it did charge before. I emailed them about the problem and they sent me the RMA number for a return which they did receive, and that is the last I have heard from them. Finally I called, and was simply advised that since I had the watch over 30 days there was no longer a guarantee.

Wish I had found this site and had read the posts before buying. Very disappointed with the device. Inadequate operating instructions included. Sleep monitoring did not work. Unable to set up an account. ZERO response to multiple requests submitted to customer service. Shame on me for not doing enough research before I bought. I usually don't make that mistake. Like the concept of the device. Will look for a more reputable supplier in the future.

Positively the WORST customer service I have ever received. Could not get the watch to activate. So I emailed them...and they sent a pdf file that was the EXACT same as the little booklet enclosed with the watch, which was ludicrous and incomplete. Also, NO charger is included...you're on your own. Finally, I requested a refund FIVE times and never got a reply. DO NOT buy this joke of a product.

I received the watch, never asked for the $39.99 subscription / training. They charged my credit card 4 times before I had a chance to call my bank and try to get a refund. My bank refunded my money as a credit, Then the company responded to the bank and told them I would get credit for the money so the bank took back their/my money. CREDIT to use for what? I tried to go out there and use my so called credit but there is no web site to use the mysterious credit. Tried calling the company and emailing but have received no response. Guess I'm out $160.00 dollars for nothing I ever received, Its a rip off big time. Please do not order from this company. Its a scam. Something needs to happen to stop these people!

I just had the exact same issue. NOTE: The "recurring billing," apparently for the APP, definitely was NOT clear when ordering the watch. I've contacted the fraud dept.of my credit card company (Chase). They will reverse the $39.99 charges and send me a new card. This latter action is good because, if Kinetic tries to continue the "recurring billing," it will bounce as my old account will no longer be there/active to receive any charges. Also, if the company tries what they did with your bank, the Chase system shouldn't accept it because - again - my old account will no longer be there/active.

I’m getting the runaround also. I bought 2 of them and they either send a pdf file or ask what is the reason I want to return the items. I told them upfront why I wanted the RMA. I have arthritis and taking the ban off is very hard for me.

I worked in customer service for 5yrs and I can tell when I am getting the roundabout. They give you 30 days to do a return and they are trying to hold me off until I’m past that date. No company like this should be able to sell in the USA!

Well, I couldn’t finish my comment. I wanted to say that to charge it you should pry the lower end from the rest of the bracelet, stick it in some transformer with a USB charger ( your smart phone’s transformer, for example) and it will be fully charged in about 2 hours. When you raise your arm your screen will be visible, even though sometime it takes a couple of tries. You touch the lower part of that screen (the portion closes to you) and that advances the different options. For the heartbeats it takes about 15 seconds to show, for the blood pressure some 25 seconds and fir the o then, some 15 secs as well. I personally benefit a lot from the option Steps, which keeps tracks of the steps I’ve taken during the day. Download to your smart phone the app Day and (the code is in the leaflet), which keeps track of all your number. Don’t forget to keep track of your sleep as well, which tells you, not only the hours you slept, but also how many of them where in Deep Sleep, and how many in Light Sleep ( the phase that allows for REM). I really consider it a treasure and zi told my friend that this is the most valuable present she ever gave me ( together with the Echo Show)!

Wow I wish I had read these complaints before I got scammed for 2 watches. 49.99 for one and 29.00 for 2nd one. I've run into the same problems as each one of the complaints. My CC is looking into the matter. I can't get them to return calls or the email says file not found. They don't even have an email as far as I caN SEE. tHEY DO HAVE A NUMBER THE cc PEOPLE GAVE ME. [protected] BUT THEY NEVER ANSWERED THE CALL THERE WAS A MESSAGE TO LEAVE YOUR NUMBER...What a joke. I pray I get my 98.92 dollars back. OH...I payed for a warranty 9.99 thats a joke there's no info inside the watch box to fill out a warranty paper. No number on the cheap watch. What a SCAM. I will be making my calls tomorrow to BBB, and FTC. I feel bad for all of us. Let's not let them get by with this...

It says easiest smart watch for seniors. Difficult to see the watch display. Also other features difficult to install. I had called for a refund and left a message and no call. Have emailed for a refund and not receiving RMA or address where to send the product, I purchased 2 and they are lousy. I sent email to support address and they ask what is wrong but get no where, I indicated p,o, box will not work to return a product, need mailing address. Have been trying over a month. I responded on last post that to return may be out of the country.

WOW! All I can say is THANK YOU. I was just about to order this watch, it supposedly does everything but walk for you -- a joke of course. But anyways, I always search for rip off or scams before buying direct online items and after seeing these reviews, I wont go anywhere near it. I'm a senior on limited income ... but that doesn't matter, whether you charge or debit, a rip off is the same and its never easy to get your money back. So thank you all for posting what has happened to you, it has prevented it from happening to me.

Did not like the watches that i ordered in july and requested a return number and sent the watches back,I was told that the refund would be sent back to my credit card after about 5 calls to company.I was on a trip did not check my card till last week NO REFUND .tried to reach company no answer.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A BIG SCAM.

I ordered two watches in mid july when i received the watches i opened and saw what it looked like resealed box and sent it back with the return number and said that i wanted a full refund after a few calls i was told that the refund would be sent back to my credit card. i went on a trip and had not checked my account til last week No Refund cannot find a phone # to call the company this company is a big scam DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM BECAUSE YOU NEVER GET YOUR REFUND

This Kinetic Pro "Smart" Watch has not worked properly from the beginning. I paid for a lifetime warranty and ended up getting a second one, but that watch was doing the same thing as the first watch I received. It does not keep time correctly. Step count will reset for no reason. Lucky if the charge last 10 hours. Sleep time calculation always off about and hour or more, and other issues. When I called today about my second watch concerns, the person said the lifetime warranty was only for one replacement and it must be within a certain time frame. She would not even explain why the watch was having all these issues. REALLY! READ the fine print people if you purchase this watch. NOT HAPPY with their customer service or this company! Good luck if you think of purchasing this product.

I ordered the KInetic Pro Watch from buykineticprowatch.com. I received a watch but it was called Kinetic Bracelet. Clearly a bait and switch going on. I reported it to my credit card company and they are working on making it right. I gave them a 1 in their feedback survey and asked for my money back and a pre-paid envelope if they want their watch back. Avoid buying from the company that I listed!

I ordered the watch 09/21. Never got it. They charged my credit card for the purchase. Never received the watch. Finally got hold of the company, they explained that demand was so great they were behind schedule and I needed to be patient. Never got my money back or received a watch. Total scam.

I wished I found these reviews before I made my purchase. The only reviews I found somehow were all the positive one. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM. The watch was a total piece of trash, it has been sitting in my drawer since the beginning. Unable to charge, unable to set up. DO NOT waste your money.

The most upsetting thing happened when I was on a cruise ship last month and found out they charged my credit card $39.99 for a Membership Fee. I made a phone call to tell my CC that was a fradulent charge and was refunded back on my account. They did it again today. Good that my CC red flagged that and sent me a notification. Getting ready to call them now. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Always search for complaints, not reviews. Reviews will always be positive. I assume they delete the negative reviews. I even do that with items on Amazon. I don’t trust their reviews either. When I have a negative review they decide not to post it. So I google complaints for the item. A rule I live by.

stay clear of this watch - received mine, what instructions there are - impossible to read, no charging cable, and you have to remove the strap to charge the watch. Its poor quality so I would imagine the strap will not last long.

Requested a refund. Customer services tried to get me to keep it, using sympathy ( it will effect my sales target ) & then offered discount. Finally they asked me what it would take to keep the watch I said 75% refund which they agreed to.

I gave the watch to my son in law not sure he has it working yet - so go nowhere near this useless piece of garbage.

Judging from the posted reviews, my problem is similar. I received the watch in a timely manner. It took me close to a good week to finally figure out how to work it. I called & E-Mailefd on several occasions requesting assistance but received no response. My three main complaints are 1). the watch is supposed to hold a charge of at least a week (that's what it states on the internet). However, my watch goes dead after two days (I've had the watch for three months); 2). It takes forever to charge. I have tried several ways, but it still takes over 12 hours to charge; 3). Whoever came up with the idea of taking the strap off to charge a watch must5 have been out to lunch. It's very, very difficult to pull the strap apart. I can see a potentially broken strap down the road. In closing, I will give the watch half a star. When it works, it's pretty cool with the emphasis on WHEN IT WORKS.

i just ordered one watch at their discount price of $49.99. When I pressed the button to place the order I was billed for two watches and billed $119.94. I tried to cancel the order by email and telephone and so far, they will not co-operate and refund my money. I would recommend that you do not order from this company.

I ordered the smart watch got it looked at and put back in packaging immediately asked for a return address for the 30 day refund got the 26% offer denied and they stopped responding to my emails! TOTAL SCAM! Need to find some recourse for these scammers gonna talk to my bank.

I ordered the watch in early February and got it later that month. On March 8th, I received an email stating that my credit card was charged $39.99 for a training program that I did not want. I told them they were not to charge my account, I was not going to set up an automatic payment plan, and I wanted my money refunded. I received another email on April 8th stating my credit card was charged another $39.99 for the training program. I called the customer service number and told them I was very angry and that I wanted my money refunded. They offered me a 25% discount which I refused. I also told them I would return the watch and I wanted $49.99 plus shipping I paid for the watch returned. To date, I have not received a refund. Nowhere in the ad for the watch did it state that there was a "training program" for which there was a monthly charge. The watch started losing one minute every 1-1/2 days until it was 15 minutes behind time. I tried to recharge the watch, but it doesn't recharge. I spent over $50 for a watch that lasted only a little over a month and I have not received a refund.

I ordered 2 watches for myself and my wife. We have yet to get either to connect via Bluetooth. Would love to return them but they said it has to be in an unopened box. How do you have an unopened box when trying the watches. What a scam! Do not fall for this watch. Spend extra money on a Fitbit or Apple Watch.

I ordered a Kinetic watch, but never opened it. I paid $58.94 in February and I have been charged $39.99 twice. That is almost $200 that I didn't agree to pay that much for a watch. It seems like a rip off. Any suggestions on how to deal with these crooks?

Here I go again with these clowns! After fighting with them to get my FULL REFUND for the smart watch I returned unopened and unused, they charged my credit card $39.99 for a subscription I never signed up for and a watch I no longer have! I am so pissed right now! If I can't get them to cancel the billing, then I have to cancel a credit card and get a new one! This is a HUGE hassle because I will have to update all of my automatic payments using this card.

This company is deceptive with their business practices. Everyone that has been robbed by them should file complaints with Federal Trade Commission, Attorney General's Office and the Better Business Bureau in your area. These thieves need to be stopped!

I ordered the Kinetic Smart Watch a few weeks ago. I thought there was an app in the Google Play store...there isn't one. I didn't see where it would sync with Fitbit or MyFitnessPal either. When it arrived I opened the package but not the box it came in. I decided to return it because it wasn't what I expected.

When I emailed Kinetic support to get an RMA number, I was offered a 25% discount on my order, which was a $14.73 refund. I told them that was unacceptable as their website state a full refund would be issued.

Next they offered me a 50% discount on my order, which was a $29 refund. Again, unacceptable. I was given an RMA number AFTER I emailed them THEIR refund policy! I also threatened to file complaints with BBB and FTC. I didn't subscribe to their app so I better not get charged for it either.

I would never buy from this company again, even if the products were free. Very, very shady...
