I filed a complaint against kimble address 2295 bolivar rd sw Canton Ohio 44706. phone numbers [protected], [protected]. I got garbage service thru kimble's and as I was moving from Navarre Ohio I notified them that I was moving and I wanted them to dispose of a wheelchair, collect my garbage and get their garbage can. I paid extra for the disposal of the wheelchair. On my next scheduled pick-up they did not pick up my trash. I contacted them again and ttold them I would be gone by the time they would be back for my next pick up. they said that would be ok. I went back to my Navarre address and my wheelchair, garbage, and can were gone. Then I get a letter at my new address saying I owe $100.00 for the missing garbage can. I told them that I had left the garbage can right where they told me to leave it and if it was missing it was there fault. Now they put the bill in collection and say I owe even more money for the garbage can I did not take. They picked up the wheelchair and the garbage but failed to take the garage can at that time. So how am I responsible for the garbage can?
