kim levinson horsemanship is a joke, this manipulative, lieing woman claims to be a certified john lyons natural horse trainer, yet in the amount of time she had my horse she never seemed to get her life together enough to be home to work with it. if she wasnt out of state ( over 3 weeks over a 4 month span) or she had person problems, she seems to have every excuse in the book as to why your horse sits in a small gravel paddock for 10 days without being touched and not being fed breakfast untill noon somedays. uhhhh...she even extended the time that my horse should stay since she didnt want to work with him in the rain? IS THIS NOT WASHINGTON? it rains ALL THE TIME, i let him stay hoping that he would learn something for all my hard earned money spent, but i believe my horse has about the same amount of training he had when i sent it to her.. in the last month i noticed my horse is in worse condition than when given to her both body wise as well as mental wise. i am currently rehabing my horse to get it to the same conditon as when given to her months ago, there are ribs showing, bite marks and wounds all over him, bruises on the hooves, and his blanket which was pretty new when sent to her on him is completly ruined. after all this time i feel like i dont even know my animal anymore-she makes it seem like an inconvience to come and visit your own horse, and in her website she promises to blog and include photos and videos of working with your animal- dont believe it, it doesnt happen. she also promises to get with you for a lesson bi-weekly to work with your horse and you- dont believe that either. she always rescheduled and then cancels. trying to have a productive conversation with this lady is a joke, she talks over you and sure she sells herself well but then even after you talk about what is to be done and give a back story about your animal she acts like she never heard that... many items in our contract were not done as stated they should be, and when it came down to her not refunding me my money i took her to court, she barely got off, her lieing to the judge was driving me nuts but with my not having a letter from a certified horse trainer/therapist stating that her services were below standard the case got dismissed. but boy oh boy was she scared, i believe i did see some tears! hehehe if i had the money i would appeal but who has over 3K just sitting around? so i am spreading the word, watch out

that picture is when he was first there, now the picture below is what he looked like the day i took him away and after i had to give him a bath to get all of the [censor] off of him. you really are lucky i didnt have a certified trainers letter in that court room or that i didnt take that case back because U HEARD AS WELL AS I DID- ohh wait u neverrrrrrrrr listennn you just talk over people---------- that if i had of had a certifid trainers letter stating that ur job was not done properly that i would have won- so the claim was denied... dont lie to everyone... and fyi ---- we are just doing anyone who happens to search ur name on the internet a favor with freedom of speech... gotta love it... ;)

i will not have a 14yr old defending the stupid horse trainer i was stupid enough to send my horse too. my horse's condition is noted in vet records at rocky bay from when i rescued him, rehabed him, right before he come there and then from the vet visit the next day upon removal, and the weightloss alone is enough. so unless u know the whole story i suggest u leave well enough alone, i condider this a learning experience, (a $1500 learning experiance mind you, to not trust anyone) and so should everyone involved. i am done, i forgot i even posted on here until i got an email that everyone was posting to it. i am over it, and if i was you i would stop posting since u are just making you and kim look even dumber in the eyes of the kitsap horse community. everyone will find out on there own what kims problems are and this was just a way for them to do some research before sending there horse there. so yep suree, i will not be checking this again and i will not be caring.

My name is Duke Shewell, I have had my two horses in training and have been boarding them at Kim Levinson’s training facility for over a year now.

During the time that I have been at Kim Levinson’s training facility I’ve had the distinct privilege of working with and observing Kim Levinson. The attributes that I have observed that Kim Levinson possess are as follows:

She is very professional, strong ethics and very meticulous about the way she deals with people and horses. There is one attribute that stands out far greater than the above and that is, Kim is a genuine kind hearted individual. Which is an attribute that very few people possess. As well other individuals that have come to know and work with her also recognize this. Also, I have the privilege of knowing her husband Mark who possess the same attribute of being a genuine kind hearted individual.

Also, during this same period of time that I have been at Kim Levinson’s training center I have seen several horse owners and horses pass through their training facility. I’ve had the privilege of meeting some of the nicest and caring horse owners during that time period. I’ve also had the opportunity to observe the horse owners who are not so nice pass through their facility. Fortunately this group is the minority and not the majority.

Its amazing to me how anybody with intelligence and common sense could give any credibility to anything that is written on the internet by a nameless individuals. Anyone can get on the internet and write all kinds of statements and accusations. As far as I am concerned the nameless individuals are very unprofessional and very immature.

The sad part about all this I actually feel sorry for these nameless individuals that they don’t have anything better to do in their lives except sit in front of a computer and attempt to tear somebody’s character apart.

My horses are still at Kim Levinson’s training facility. They have always been well cared for, healthy and look great.

Duke

By the way, my horse did a fantastic job at the ocean this weekend, thanks to the training tips from Kim, along with all the other client horses we brought along.
Since you check this blog often I'll share my new photography website- www.breeulert.smugmug.com
Thanks for the great opportunity!

The "lady" whom you've already named Kim Levinson has nothing to do with my postings. I talk for myself and I dont let anyone use me as a pawn. I thought you were done, look who's lying now! This has nothing to do with Kim now this is between you and me, you're the one that's responding to my postings. Kim is staying out of this, she thinks it's stupid and ridiculous. Of course I'm going to check this blog, I'm not going to let you say a bunch of crap about Kim that's not true. "Kids" learn by example and I've learned bucket loads. I've learned what NOT to do from you. You check this blog everyday, don't you have anything better to do?

This is my last blog as I have told my story and will not stoop to the level of this 14yr old child and lady. Its unclear who is talking and the 14yr old is being used as a voice and pawn and I will not participate anymore.Anyone with questions email me privately.

The more you talk the more you are putting your foot in your mouth. I can see that you have to much time on your hands obviously. It is my place because I'm right and I know it. I also know that I'm not being adopted, but I am welcome until I decide to go home. It's called unconditional love. Instead of the exchange student it sounds like it's you that needs to be rescued. I'm very happy here and my horse is happy. You need to take your own advice and do something with your horses. I'm bringing my horse to the ocean this weekend and I know thats more than your doing with your horses. Maybe you should get a job then you wouldn't be on the computer all the time. You've heard the expression "out of the mouths of babes", so here's an observation from a 15 yr old. I don't know why you air you dirty laundry on a public blog and bring in other things about Kim. She doesn't do that to you and I know there's plenty to tell, but obviously she has enough class to not talk about all of your personal problems on a public blog. You just keep digging a hole. If we're done then you should stop posting things on this blog. I will comeback to everything you say. I love Kim and Mark. They treat me like a member of the family. Kim and Mark have hosted 9 exchange students over the years and I am happy to be the 10th member of the Levinson family. I hope they don't want to "exchange" me for as many years as I like to stay. :) If there is one student that did not have the best year it reminds me of you. Someone like Kim can do a lot of good things for a lot of people, it only takes a couple with unreal expectations to not make happy. Kim doesn't yell at me. We have discussions. If it's true that "we are done" then you won't be writing to me on this blog, so this is the last I will hear frown you, otherwise I'll be back. There's no need for you to feel sorry for me, I am very happy here. If you want to feel sorry for someone, feel sorry for yourself.

Bless your little heart you dont have a choice on what is said and done around there. I was told by the lady you are living with they were going to adopt you and thats where that info came from. I have been talking with the exchange student who lived with her for a year and who called me wanting to come stay with me and I didnt let her because the lady asked me not to reward her bad behavior.I feel awful after what she has told me and she needed me and I didnt help her! You will see, you need to quit fighting her battles for her, i'ts not your place.Go be a kid.Do some chores.Get off the computer for once.Brush your horse or ride him, we are done. She does yell and she did it that Monday, remember when you were crying in the round pen because she was mad at you? I feel so sorry for you.Good luck.

Kim Levinson is a wonderful person, whether you or anyone else can see it or not. I can see that she's made a difference in many people, and equine lives. She did make a difference in your horses lives, by giving them a job, teaching them manners, and getting them into condition. To bad you were to foolish to see it.

People have their own minds and they are going to use whatever bit they want whether it's a harsh spade, or a mild snaffle. Kim never promotes severe bits, she uses mainly full-cheek snaffles. The bits are only as harsh as the hands that use them. The people that used harsh bits had nothing to do with Kim and her training methods. They were participants in the hired persons clinic.

The only person that was yelling was the hired lady. Kim never raised her voice, not once. Kim never screams at a students. She's one of many that is always lifting you up and making you feel better about yourself, and your abilities. I always feel proud of myself at the end of the day.

On our way to pick you up from the air porter Kim was telling me that the "friend" was so nice and that would just love her. I was really looking forward to meeting her and getting to know her. When she showed her true colors I was so disappointed.

Kim never left you stranded, you knew exactly where she was at, the bedside of her children's dying father. He died Tuesday night. The hired person wasn't scheduled to fly out until Thursday, and the "friend" Monday. You both knew we would be back in time to take you both to the airport. May I remind you that both of you are supposed to be mature women who can take care of themselves and not be dependent of someone else. Just an observation for a 14 yr old young lady.

I was very surprised when I read that I was being adopted. Its funny how you think you know my story better than I do. I'm not being adopted. End of story. And another thing that just cracks me up is that you think I'm being manipulated, ect. That's not true. I have more of my own voice now more than I have ever had before, thanks to Kim. She's helped me more than anyone else ever could. She's taught me how to stand up for myself and not to not be a follower, but a leader. I'm not vulnerable to suggestions. I'm not easily persuaded by others, I use my own judgement. Nobody has changed my story and nobody ever will. And yes so called "friend" I can proudly say that it's my choice to be here. I am extremely proud, and honored to be here, and I feel sorry for you. I feel so so sorry for you, that you can come on this website and whine and moan like a teenage girl, but don't worry, I'm plenty embarrassed for you. Kim Levinson is an extremely good horsewoman and person, deep down to the core. If anyone reads this and has any doubts I suggest you come and check it out for yourself and make you own judgement.

Well, bless you heart and Im sending the peace and joy right back at you! I do stand corrected as after I had posted my story she did call and tell me she just received the check and I was thrilled for her as she had gone through hell. She deserved every penny of it. I did call her before I wrote my story to check and at that time she had not, it took a few days for me to go back to that negative space to write. She is not on my speed dial but I do call her a friend after all the hell we went through at your place and she was there to help me out! You need to look within and not blame her for anything.

We both sleep very well at night as we are all about the horses. She helped quite a few at your place but taking severe bits out of their mouth and replacing them with milder humane bits, saddle fitting and hopefully a few less people will be wearing spurs, like the 66 yr old man with a young 3/4yr old horse.

My horses are doing great and at home now .Too bad you didnt make a difference in their life. Rebels mouth is healed and had the rest of the broken tooth pulled. The people at the other barn I moved them to had great medicine they put on his sores outside his mouth.

Im chalking this all down as a life lesson and hopefully you will too and it will help other people and horses.Im moving on. Have a nice day.

The trainer was paid, the check was deposited into her account 8/9/2010. I don't think it is appropriate to post a copy of the casched check. Perhaps you could get her on speed dial and ask her if she got her check before you post an innacurate statement.

Horses are a gift from God, as are people.. the gift of life, which is precious. I hope that when each of you puts your heads on your pillow at night you can honestly say, today was a great day and I was able to make a difference in a horses life or in the riders life in their relationship with their horse. I go to sleep knowing I have made a difference each day I work with a horse. I don't give up until they are put up on a note of success., both horse and rider... If the rider is there.

Gods blessings to you, may you find peace in your lives and more joy in your hearts.

Kim Levinson ( K imLevinson Horsemanship, LLC) Still proud to display my real name.

I really didnt want to come back to this negative experience after being home and having my horses home and having wonderful things happening in my life but I feel I need to tell my story.Hopefully it will help someone else!

First of all the 14yr old girl that is posting here lives with this lady and is going to be adopted by her and even if she had another opinion she would not be able to voice it as this lady is talking through her and manipulating her..the 14yr old girl was in the round pen crying because the lady wasnt there and I asked her if it was ok to stay and watch her lesson..she said yes.. so lets get that corrected..thats where I saw the lady had changed the 14yr olds story...I feel really sorry for this young girl but its her choice to be there...

I was a friend of the Seattle horsetrainer (the lady..I too have contacted an attorney and was advised not to use any names)and she has only been in the horse training business a few years and I have only known her a few years but I recommended her train with the best gaited respected horse person I knew of..she is world renowned and very respected.over 40 yrs experience .I never dreamed it would turn into this mess. I had 3 horses up there for 3 months and I am 1800 miles away. She had told me I could check daily and watch the training session on the computer and that brought great peace of mind knowing I could see them daily. That never happened in the month they were there, she always had an excuse but I knew I would be up there for the clinic and would see them soon. I arrived and noticed right away my gelding had open sores on the outside of his mouth and had not been doctored and a broken front tooth. The 3 of them looked miserable and thinner than they had looked when they arrived. Not bony but thinner..was told they got 2 flakes a day morning and night and soaked cold beet pulp. ( Which can easily ferment if not careful)Horses should be able to graze at all times or have access to hay, grazing muzzles and low sugar hay is available for easy keepers if needed.. at all times.not twice a day..They were in the small gravel pens and were 3 of 9 horses there..all fighting over the fence with each other. The picture she posted of the horses laying down in straw was laughable as Ive been there 3 time and never saw any straw for them to lay on..never.Her full time help that was to be there 8 hours a day was not there and supposedly was having shoulder surgery but also let go? because he was making comments that made the 14yr old uncomfortable. Her new hired 19 yr old guy showed up half the time was on probation for beating up his mother and unreliable. The horses were not being fed on a schedule and several time I fed with the world renown horse trainer..and yes we were staying at her house at her request..I told her I would get a hotel but she insisted I stay there. I had arrived Thursday and the clinic started Fri -Sun and went well except the lady trainer argued and defended herself the whole 3 days instead of listening and learning, I know this as I was in the middle and hearing it from both sides of theses two trainers. Most of the clinic attendees were not aware of all this going on but maybe a few of them as the lady had complained to them as well..the clinic was over Sun evening and then private lessons started Mon-Wed..I had a 2 hour lesson at $75 an hour and this lady was to watch and learn as part of her internship..that was fine but she ended up dominating my session and talking about herself and other client horses and went on and on.She never stops talking..ever..talks the talk but doesnt walk the walk..I told her later her talking during my lessons upset me and that was that I thought. That Mon afternoon it was the 14 yr olds turn in the round pen with her horse and her horse had been bucking kicking acting out in his gravel pen as my mare was in heat and he was acting very aggressive towards other horses. The 14yr old was upset and crying because the lady wasnt there to watch as the lady was upset with her and in the house watching on camera..the world renown trainer was watching her work with her horse and the girl was throwing the rope at its legs as she was taught to do by the lady and it was making the situaton worse. The horse also had a swollen back leg from kicking in the pen and was advised to run cold water on it but it was never taken care of. The world renown horse trainer yelled at the girl to stop and the girl yelled back that she would not and the world renown trainer said she was done and would not watch this girl get hurt ..the lady came down from the house and everyone was yelling. The tension was awful and here the 2 of us were staying at this ladys house. Everyone talked later and seemed to be smoothing things over and the next day private lessons were taken from the world renown trainer with other clients...in the afternoon the lady laid down to rest as she had alot of personal problems going on and needed the rest.I was invited at the last minute by the world renown trainer to go to dinner with her and her friends who live in the area and had also had the afternoon private lessons. I was thrilled to get away from all the tension and to give the lady some quiet time..I went up to the house and told her I was going and for her to relax and rest and deal with her personal situation and kids. Apparently this really upset her and she started calling the clients for the next day lessons telling them this world renown horse trainer had stole me as a client and I was taking my horses to her place in Minnesota and was upset we didnt ask her to dinner. I was shocked, nothing was farther from the truth. I was taking my horse home as I told her I was not happy about her not having help and the fact she would be gone 2 weeks and they would only have the 19yr old convict and the 14yr old taking care of them. I was not happy about the sores on my gelding face and broken tooth and just wanted them out of there. Later that evening she called and left a message on my cell phone( I still have it) that she and the 14yr old were leaving town due to her personal situation and did not know WHEN she would be back and told us the code to the garage door. We were shocked. No way to the airport except a $100 taxi ride or the shuttle..no big deal we would manage but her not knowing when she would return and my 3 horses there? I knew I could not leave them. The next morning the world renown horse trainer had her friends come get us and my 3 horses and relocate them to a wonderful boarding facility 45 minutes away that they stayed at for 10 days until I could get them transported home and we stayed with them for 2 days until the world renown trainers flight left as scheduled..and mine the next day...I moved mine up several days just to get out of there once my horses were safe.As we waited for the world renown trainers friends to come get us we saw in the portable plastic barn several phone numbers of people due to come for lessons that day and the world renown trainer called them and was told the lady accused her of stealing me as a client and more lies, thats why these people cancelled. Thats how we knew what went on, the lady lied to us denying all this. She lies and will turn the story around to make her look good. Very sad. Thats my story and Id be glad to put my hand on a bible and swear to it. This lady is paranoid and there was no whispering going on but her own... will chalked this up as a life experience and move on but my trust and judgement in people has been shaken... Love my horses and animals..what you see is what you get. I did email this lady after being home for two weeks an explanation of why I was unhappy and moved my horses home only to be told "not to ever contact her for anything in the future"..no problem! As of today she still has not paid the world renown trainer.

The stated deal above whereby Bre Eulert stated that the pic was 2 weeks before he left the facility is [censor]. I'm her Step-father and I been in the loop with what was going on at Ms. Levinson's. And I am also quite aware of what that horse has been thru. Yes it was a rescued animal and my daughter brought that animal back and was looking very good. and the condition we got him back in was atrocious. and we have the pictures to prove it. As for videos I personally have only seen one. I have on the other hand seen the bite marks and the horse [censor] that was left on him and the ribs sticking out. If an animal is being cared for properly the might be a slight rib showing if at all. but not sticking out as the picture above shows. and our photos are dated also. so you can defend this "trainer" if you wish but the truth is whats important, especially for the animals welfare. And she was lucky she won. Ms. Levinson dodged a bullet pure and simple. So Duh back at ya Bub.

I've seen many pictures of your horse on Kims computer. When each picture and or movie is taken it is then uploaded to the computer. They are all time stamped and dated. That picture of your horse that Kim posted was taken about two weeks before your horse left this facility. I saw a picture of a bucket of grain she was giving your horse. Apples, carrots, strategy pellets, corn oil... Wow that poor horse! He was just soooooooo deprived wasn't he? Also I should mention the history of your horse, that he was an abused rescue horse that you brought to Kim. At least Kim submitted current pictures of your horse, the facility and a cd of a movie of one of her sessions riding your horse, all time and dated. She brought witnesses and pages of references. Maybe later I can get Kim to upload pictures and movies of your horse that are all dated. Kim is working with a client right now, I just found this on the blog and had to jump in. Luck had nothing to do with it, she would have won either way. Duh :D

I was reading more of these comments and noticed that the horses "don't get fed" and that they are "underweight and malnurished"... If they don't get fed and are underweight, then why do they look like this?

I am the 14 yr old and let me tell you, this isn't the whole story, not even close. I did take lessons from this hired person with one of Kim's horses and then one lesson with my own horse. I thought the lessons with Kim's horse and the hired person went fairly well. There weren't any problems at all. I wasn't really taught anything, though, we were just getting more practice for an upcoming show. We started our lessons out with lavender, which is supposed to calm the horse down, something that Kim's horse didn't need. He's a very calm and well trained horse. Other thing we did were flexing exercises and asking the horse to lower his head. The lessons went well with this horse. The lesson with my horse was very disturbing. I was very nervous about this person and so was my horse. He was strangely out of character that day, a result of the bad energy from the hired person. She did not use lavender on my horse, even when she saw how nervous he was. I told her I was going to take him in the round and she was fine with that. She too used the round pen during the clinic. Kim's client that had three horses in training had no business sitting in on my lesson but did anyway. She and the hired trainer sat side by side during my lesson, taking time away from myself and my horse. She never told me that it was a bad idea to go into the round pen and didn't suggest some other way to start the lesson, like we did with the other lessons I took with her. Kim wanted to leave this hired trainer and myself alone so I could get one on one time with her. I asked my horse to go around the round pen and to do inside turns. Then he kicked out at me and anybody that is a horse person knows this isn't an acceptable behavior so I corrected him by tossing the lariat at his feet, which John and Josh Lyons would have done themselves. Instead of the hired person saying calmly, "lets do something else" or even asking me why I corrected him like that, I got SCREAMED at by her! She yelled at me that I forced him to kick out at me. NOT TRUE! If you really know horses you know you can't "force" them to do anything! I'm a 145 pound girl. Do you really think I can "force" a 1, 200 pound animal to do anything?! I can't, and I didn't. Kim heard her screaming at me from across the arena and came over asking what was going on. I stood frozen in place while the hired person screamed at me and then screamed at Kim. Kim asked what was going on and the person continued to scream at Kim "I will not work with this child! She's talking back to me, this is production training and she's going to get killed!" and left me in the round pen by myself without any suggestions. Kim didn't argue with her, instead said "This is not the way we do it here. We do NOT do production training here, whatever that is... If you would like to see how we do it here, come back to the round pen." After this hired person came back to the round pen with Kim, Kim came into the round pen and asked me to lower my energy and ask my horse to move in both direction in hand. I said no because I was so upset at being screamed at so Kim took the lead rope and had my horse calmly moving in both direction while praising him. She then handed me the lead line and asked me again to show the hired person how we do it here at Rolling Maples. My horse was very calm and did what I asked him. Kim told me I did a great job with my horse and was proud of me. She gave me a great big hug (I think she felt sorry for me for being screamed at by this other person.) I think its important to not only put the horse up on a good not but the rider as well. This is what Kim has always done and what she has always taught me. No one learns anything from anybody by getting screamed at. Kim always inspires me and makes me want to learn MORE. In conclusion it is not Kim Levinson that you should be worried about, but the trainers that will lie and cheat you. The trainers that will knock you down instead of building you up.

Please substitute "dog walk 123" in the above comment from me as this is the person I am referring to not "SUNRISELADYBUG". Although this person also does not know how to evaluate the body condition of a horse as per her comments, see above picture of said horse. He was well fed and in excellent condition as seen in the above picture. Yes, I am also showing praise to the horse by rubbing his neck and telling him he is doing a good job. All of the horses that come to this facility are loved and well cared for.

I wasn't going to be drawn into this tower of babble but feel it is my duty to not defend but reply out of obligation to my other clients who may happen upon this

I find it ironic that the two parties who have complained are willing to slander my name in public yet are not willing to expose their own identities. If you have a complaint I suggest you have the integrity to use your real names when trying to discredit another.

The first complaint by "mimi123456789" The judge ruled overwhelmingly in my favor and denied your claim. I have videos of my training sessions with her horse and to his health and well being. He got a good result.

The second complaint written by "SUNRISELADYBUG" is a trainer I hired for $1, 000.00 to do a specialty internship to add to my gaited horse training as I was under the impression this was a woman of integrity and experience. I paid my $100.00 deposit in advance. Paid for round trip airfare (almost $500.00) to have her come and stay in our home to work with me at our facility. I recently sent a check in the amount of $1, 050.00 for my internship and which included the private lessons taken by the 14 yr. old young lady living in our home. I was unaware of all of the negative babble on this blog until today and am going to seriously consider a stop payment on that check as it will most likely not arrive ther for a couple more days. I regret having already sent it out in the mail. I did not receive the full internship from "SUNRISELADYBUG", who will not use her real name when making unfounded accusations. Wasn't it you "SUNRISELADYBUG" that said, "You should never bad mouth another trainer". I will talk to my attorney and discuss this blog entry with him before I cancel your check.

All of your accusations sadly are incorrect as each person obviously has preceptions that differ from each other. Or in your case suited your purpose as you will be training my previous clients horses just as I predicted. By the way all of the horses on this facility are well cared for and fed very well. I am the one responsible for setting up the three day clinic sponsored by the gaited horse club and hosted by me. Out of six participants I paid for two of them to participate. I also called and solicited private lessons for you for three days after the clinic. Yes Wednesdays lessons were cancelled when it was clear I had gone to a lot of effort to sweeten the pot $$ to make your trip to WA worth more than just the internship when I walked into a conversation between you and my client about you going to her place to work with her horses. You deny this is occurring, but I have already been informed my suspicions are already in the works along with a clinic my former client wants to organize for you but will keep it under wraps, why? I walked into several conversations between you and my client whom I was also hosting in our home so that I could have a chance to work with she and her horses, she could participate in your clinic and have a couple of private lessons, in which you were bad mouthing me as a trainer. You never asked me how at anytime about my philosophy, techniques, etc... I was very excited and looking forward to working with you. What a shame having to experience the catty behind the scenes behavior I witnessed in our own home while hosting you and paying you for it to boot.

If your check doesn't get cancelled before it arrives you will have walked away with approx. $3, 500.00 in fees. Also the lavendar product was not left here. You had to have taken it back with you. I had it on my desk and wanted to purchase it. If I owed you money for the lavendar, would you not have left me an invoice for the products. There was no invoice left here.

You were also not stranded Re: not getting a ride to the airport. I had to leave for a family member who was passing away in the hospital Tuesday night and returned Wednesday night. Your flight was not scheduled to leave until Thursday. I had fully intended to take you to the airport myself, along with having a discussion with you about how I felt about your work here. That opportunity was removed from me as you and my client left together before both of your scheduled departures. That was your choice, I was looking forward to our conversation on the way to the airport. I had much I wanted to say to you.

I have to thank you for the education on never hiring another trainer to do an internship with on my premises when I have a client on the facility.

You'll be hearing from me one way or another. I have enough integrity not to mention your name as I don't you deserve the recognition.

Karmic Regards,

Kim Levinson with Kim Levinson Horsemanship, LLC

PS: Here are pictures of the horse that was here in training here for four months. That you felt qualified to post a complaint about him being under weight while being in training with me at my facility. Shame on you for flippantly making postings with no knowledge or foundation and having never seen this horse, etc.

I've heard very bad things about this so called horse trainer. BEWARE! The horse I know that had spent 4 months there (for 2 months of training) was under weight and he had no ground manners what so ever. She is just taking peoples money and not doing her job.

I witnessed the same complaints on this trainer as stated above but not as a training client.
I was hired to by this same person to complete 2 days of trainers internship instruction for her in which she could not get up in the morning, same situation was still going on as to the feeding schedule's, care, injured and trouble horse behaviors on this facility, no organization, just could not get or keep herself together.
Those first 2 days I spent standing around the horse pens waiting for her to get it together to try and get some work done teaching her.
She never listened when I did try to instructor and she proceeded to talk over me tell many untruths as to her experience and knowledge base and what was going on here was nothing as she described in what she actually did. Horses had injured mouths from bits in which she admitted to. Horse were kicked in the mouth with a boot to get them to lift their heads. Horses were chased around a round pen with a lariat until they fell apart having no concept of what was being asked of them.
Many stories were revealed of clients being bucked off, horses bolting and training horses being pulled for poor training practices, care and health of the horses.
After this first 2 days was a public clinic held by a local gaited club and she was on her best behavior but we had to direct her to keep things moving, the clinic was great and the club did pay my fee's for this 3 day clinic.
The next three days she had scheduled private lessons for me to conduct from 10 am to the last being 4 pm.
The first ( Monday) and second (Tuesday) lesson days she had not yet fed the horses I was to work with for the lesson clients and could not do the work I was hired to do.
the 3-4th lessons with the same person with 2 different horses were conducted although I learned later she was telling this person she did not need to get lessons from me. That she would teach her yet she was telling me that she wanted this person to get all the lessons possible from me. She also tried to take over theses lessons and continually interrupted and disrupted these lessons seeming very purposefully.
The Last 2 lessons were with a 14 year old girl she had living with her and I did get these completed, some problems here were experienced as well.
On the second day again the first lesson in the morning did not happen as again the owner horses to get lessons which boards there were not fed, I found this to be very purposely done so I could not conduct the lessons.
Her 14 year old did get her lesson next which went well this time.
The next 2 lessons went great with the same gal from the day before as this client had stated her discontent over what Kim had done the day before disrupting her lessons.
The next 2 lessons were folks I knew personally that trailered for lessons and Kim had no control over which seemed to make her very unhappy.

This same evening I had a dinner app. prearranged before I arrived in WA state with friends that are well know professionals in the business.
I also invited one of the lesson clients I had as Kim was sleeping and been in a rather emotional state all day so I felt it would be good to give Kim a break and an evening to recover from all the events going on .

At dinner a phone message was left with the client I had invited to dinner with us that Kim was leaving and did not know when she would be back.
I still had 1 days of lessons scheduled for Wednesday and was to fly out on Thursday. She left, I got back to her home that evening and she was gone and she also had canceled all my lessons for the next day on Wednesday. She never called me or contacted me in any way. She left me to fend for my self to get to the airport and home.
Thank goodness I know a lot of folks that way that could help me and got me a place to stay for Wednesday night and to the airport on Thursday. Also a training client that had 3 horses their in training was so upset at the care and condition of her horses in the month they had been there she pulled her horses out of the facility to go back home out of state.
Kim again played the martyr and lied to people saying I was taking the horses to train and this was not and did not happen and was never going to happen.
The final close to this is Kim did not pay for her 2 days internship, the lessons I gave her 14 year old live in, or the lessons she chose to cancel on me or the lavender products she took and said she would purchase.
Yes beware Things are very wrong here!
