I bought a Villa in July 2021. During the Handover it was agreed that the Kitchen work surface was damaged and after a variety of visits from Trojan and Kidmah representatives it was agreed that the worktop would be replace. I have followed this up almost every two weeks with the Kidmah community manger in charge of the Cedars complex on Yas Island who has repeatedly assured me that he will complete the task by the next week. I have been shown a purchase order for the new worktop. However, like many other occasions in the past when leasing and having to deal with Kidmah I am still waiting for a resolution for this issue.
Please Keep in Mind that this issue was reported In June 2021, agreed that it would be replaced in July 2021 and now it is Mid April 2022. I would suggest that this is not the kind of service any normal human should be subjected to, Please if there is any Kidmah or Trojan representative with any integrity and in a position to resolve this issue please contact me. Im sure you would agree that 11 months is probably poor service?
