Kent Services review: Security guard negligence

Stay away! Please if you need security services for your building complex, condominium or whatever please don't do business with this company. One of their employees in a gated community hit the bumper of an expensive car with a golf cart, the incident was recorded by video footage, all the info was sent to kent ceo and the complaint department, two months after the incident they don't reply emails or calls. At this point is obvious they want to avoid the responsibility. I even called gil neuman the ceo he is always busy to take my calls, the department who handles the case its always the same response "we will get back to you" they are ghosting me to avoid paying for the damages. You don't want kent employees patrolling your gated community causing damages and avoiding responsibilities. They may even hit a dog or a resident with the golf cart one day and based on my experience they will try to get away no matter what.
