Kaz Psychic review: extremely poor service by your staff in various technical support departments

I am now increasingly dissatisfied with the diabolical technical support I have been receiving in recent weeks.
My complaints in bullet point are:
(1) endless conflicting advice from one tech support person after another.
(2) I suspect sabotage of my business by tech staff in the wake of my justifiable negative reviews of their diabolical service
(3) My site has been down and my emails weren't working despite assurances that faults were fixed, so I have lost copious income and clients - I am considering legal action to sue you for damages now.
(4) Every time I phone tech support your staff try to make me buy more products and push me for good reviews despite diabolical service, making me feel that you are now, no more than a nasty money making racket.
(5) I was promised a call back this evening and it never happened, so again my business and income earning suffers, which is a disgrace.
(6) I have spent ages waiting to get through to technical support by phone and then left holding on and suffering irritating music down my ears for a long time whilst your staff go to consult other departments so that I am running up a huge phone bill with calls lasting over and hour - wasting my work time and to no avail as faults were not fixed.
(7) Your staff have messed up my hosting account and left me struggling to navigate the changes, which are negative ones.
(8) I have asked staff to help me lodge a high level complaint and to give me the contact details of someone I can lodge a formal complaint with, only to have your staff change the subject and not give me this information - no surprise - they are protecting their jobs at the expense of my business.
(9) The costs of your service are getting higher and higher for poorer and poorer service and support, so no value for money whatsoever.
(10) I have been refused compensation for loss of business and clients and received none at all.
(11) I have been cut off whilst left on hold and had to phone again and wait over 30 minutes to get through so lack of continuity and on top of that, adding insult to injury I have then received seriously conflicting advice.
(12) I have been scare-mongered into buying more products, some I didn't even need. When I have refused it was as if your staff couldn't wait to get me off the phone so clearly your staff must be on commission for hard selling and getting more money out of people, it is so obvious it is sickening.

I want compensation for damages to my business, loss of work, clients and income, I am ill with cancer and just recovering from a heart attack and stroke, your staff know this, I have told them, yet they have added to my stress and distress and negatively impacted on my limited income to line their own pockets with commissions.

I am far from happy and I am going to look for an alternative hosting company, enough is enough.

I will go viral with this as I feel this abuse needs exposing and I am also going to discuss this abuse with British Trading Standards, I cannot believe the abuse and I am really angry and unhappy. You no longer have any respect and it shows, and its so strange when it would appear that as soon as I am found to be minus a wad of money to fritter on more unwanted services I don't need I am left with such poor service that its as if you just want to rid yourselves of my ongoing custom.

How would you like to be on the receiving end of all of this and lose business, clients, income and valuable work time? It is just not acceptable at all.

Please do not ignore my complaint because I will take this further and I will contact the people I know in the media as well and expose this abuse.
Every time I see your advertisements on TV I get annoyed, to think that others may end up enduring what I have. It is utterly sickening.
