Jumbo Tickets is terrible! I discovered I paid two-times the actual price of the tickets and did not get my tickets until 4 hours before the concert! I emailed and called them several times within the two weeks before the concert and was ignored and hung-up on.

Rip-off artists, plain & simple. I will shout it from the rooftops -- you are better off buying from a scalper on the street than buying from JumboTickets.com.

I agree that Jumbo Ticket Co. operates scams and undoubtedly cheats 1, 000's of honest people everyday.
I was shopping for concert tickets as a priority American Express customer and was directed to TicketMaster
and was offered the tickets. The highest price listed was $250 ea which I accepted. My Am Ex card number had been entered when I first logged on to American Express/entertainment. Later that day I was sent the TicketMaster tickets at triple the $250 cost each ticket. I called the phone # listed and the Jumbo Ticket rep told me I was explained that I was buying resale tickets and was stuck with the tickets. I have filed an appeal with American Express. By the way, this was the first day of the sale and I called first thing in the morning.

DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS FROM THIS COMPANY! I bought tickets for a concert over a month in advance. My credit card was charged and paid for. Four or five days before the concert I called because I was unable to download them. I was told the tickets had never been available and they "overlooked" informing me. The customer service was unbelievably poor. Buy from ANYWHERE ELSE!

My wife purchased tickets for a Garth Brooks concert over the phone with a jumbo tickets representative. She confirmed the purchase of the 4 tickets with the rep and was told she would be emailed the tickets by the 1st of December. Today is the 2nd and she realized that she hadn't received the tickets and decided to call Jumbo tickets. On this call she was informed that the tickets she purchased were not available and had not been available when she confirmed the purchase on the original call back in October! She was informed that there was nothing Jumbo could do, and on top of this Stephanie the rep was unbelievably rude. This matter still has not been resolved. I would warn anyone looking to purchase from this company that they are essentially a back room ripoff outfit selling tickets and than looking to resell those same tickets at a higher price thus leaving the original purchaser without any tickets! Do not purchase from this company!

Please excuse me. I am incorrect I just read the information on the site wrong. They did state everything on their site, but due to some meds I am on for my back I was a little blurry-eyed so didn't realize the price until I got the receipt. So it is my fault for paying the twice as high tickets with extremely large fee but still...really? Twice as high? You be the judge. It's your money.

I just ordered tickets to an Eagle concert. Not all was shown as far as prices and fees online.( That I remember) It was though after I purchased the tickets and I saw the receipt, which at that point was too late. I now know that I've been scamed by what I will consider an online scalping organization. Here is something interesting, I ordered through what I thought was Jumbo ticket, and found out the company on my card's account was to West Coast Tickets. Hmmm...I would say beware and wish I would have read the above review before I bought the tickets. Tickets were twice as high and they charged a huge fee. Something tells me I'm not getting those tickets.
