Difference between a drunk & a Dope Dealer is a drunk steals your wallet, a Dope Dealer steals you wallet and then helps you look for it, that is Jose, he has 2 faces - Jose is a Drug Dealer not a Contractor or in Construction.
Jose Maleki known also as Hussein Mohammad Maleki BEWARE - I read comments on this person above from the other person. Known Jose 4 year, unfortunately what the man who complained states above is true. Jose states he is a contractor, has NO Certificates or papers. He has performed construction in houses whereby the damage was extremely bad flooding the whole basement whereby water to waist & expensive to fix which he refused to pay, this is only 1 of the great disasters he caused which there are many. Insurance companies are aware of his fraud, since I advised when it came to my attention on several occasions. Jose has borrowed thousands of $ off people including myself for personal use and business which he never repaid. Most of time, he doesn't work but is a GIGILO who lives off woman and has taken hundreds of $ from them never paying back, he wouldn't even pay back a man in a wheel chair $6, 000 he borrowed from him. When in big trouble beware he changes his company name. By the way in 2011 he did not live at 265 Balliol nor 221 Balliol moved out due to no rent and tenants all complaining gave the man complaining wrong address.
Jose's main job is not construction or contractor but Biggest problem Jose is a DRUG DEALER, usually hard drugs especially opium, smuggled thousands of $ over US board to Toronto, viewed myself with 2 others. After I investigated report found out he is also an INFORMAT for the police, no one offers to be an Informant unless they were caught, therefore, made a deal. Most of his business friends had business eg; selling wood floors etc. and are drug dealers and in jail previously. He sells to kids also which is really terrible causing many problems with him and parents. Why isn't he rich, because he uses his profits of cocaine and heroin. Everyday, there would be people phoning, nasty notes on door or people at door demanding their money or some kind of problem both in business and personal, therefore, couldn't handle this anymore & left. He owes Child Support of $40, 000 to Government, therefore they took his DRIVERS LICENCE AWAY, he is still driving, don't get in car, he is not covered! Protect yourself if you deal with him, he is an excellent LIAR and if things go wrong he will either beat you up or phone police who protect him since he is an INFORMANT. He use to live at 265 Balliol, moved to 221 Balliol, moved again to above address, caused many problems for tenants in both buildings. He moves each time too many problems in business or he needs another woman to support him. Elena Maleki is not his wife, she is his daughter 27 yrs old, grade 8 education not Toronto University as she states on Internet, according to the other complaint I guess but not sure if she is working for him. in business. Jose divorced 1st wife, lived 2 yrs with lady who threw disabled child off Vancouver Bridge- shows you what kind of person he is & what he will put up with for money. BEWARE INVESTIGATE JOSE before you do business. Jose is soft spoken seems easy going until there are problems, what you see is not what you get, he is very misleading and trouble.
Jose is 6'4" tall, 195 lbs., from Iran, strong due to army, drives green 2 door pick-up truck. Please do your checking carefully & read carefully what I've stated - investigate yourself. Soon I will post on the Internet a DVD of Jose & friends with all his dope & cocaine for business & personal friends so you can view the statements I made above are true, the same as the other man who complained. No one who consumes as much dope as he does can run a business or perform a job properly, that is why all the damage plus not knowledgeable in business.. Ask Jose for his business credentials regarding Contractor, Jose has no insurance in business, therefore, if problems you have to pay for it yourself as others had to previously on numerous occasions to mention -- be wise because he can cause great damage and expense to you.Until I upload on Internet his Drug dealings on DVD I have posted a photo of him below to view. Remember Jose is one of the BEST LIARS I've ever dealt with and so soft spoken he can convenience you in a second.

Note:, I don't believe in such an awful report as I read where it's a fighting match calling names, nor swearing, abuse etc on the Internet but feel I should make people aware of Jose and to protect themselves - I didn't protect myself and lost a lot always listening and feeling sorry for this fraudulent, dishonest person they call Jose Maleki - Hussein Mohammad Maleki and his sob stories.. DON"T BE A FOOL SUCH AS I WAS.
PS: I do not know anyone else that has complained about Jose or Hussein. The above is my own experience and comments.

oh yes christian Roberts famous lady who lives at 221 balloil I was wondering who posts this garbage's about me because I do not recognize any of this people .so it is you . you never can get over with what happened 10 years ago well I do not blame you . but it was all your fault women your age should know no means no . how old are you now 65 or maybe more . as every body in that building 221 balliol knows who you are and what you do and i do not want to mention any of that because that your businesses . but with all that you expecting a man who is 13 or 14 years younger than you go out with you and be your man and if the man says no you going to make all kind of trouble for him . you should not do what you did 10 years ago you broke in to my gust who happened to be a woman car and put it in fire and broke in to my apartment and stole my personal stuff including picture that you post here .you should of know this is against the law and you go to jail for that but i think at the time you were out of your mind and you did what you did . that is why they put you in jail .i did not do that to you you did it to your self . now you have criminal record for rest of your life . i am sorry for what happened to you . i was hoping you learned something out of it . you are going to get your self in more troubles if you do not stop acting crazy . woman like you should have life with children and grand children and enjoy every day of life . life is too short to waste on crazy things . but there must be a reason that you do not have that . look at your self you are a woman 65 years old never worked all your life always live on welfare always has a lots time you do not know what to do with it so you get your self in all kind of troubles . lessen by sitting by the computer and doing this you not going to get anywhere you just make your life worst . I worked with my clients for over 20 years and they know me well enough and they not going to judged me with what you post here .if you thing i am criminal you better call crime stopper and report it . here not many people going to hear you but as far as i know you are the one whit criminal record . by the way court order was that after you come out of jail you are not allowed to be anywhere near me . i am going to report this . at the end i tell you i have beautiful wife and children and i am enjoying every second of my life with them and i tell you if you did not have such ugly personality like you have maybe you could have a normal life but since you are the way you are . sorry you not going to have a nice and peaceful life ever . unless you wake up and get your act together.
