Joe and company took months on a construction job that should have taken weeks the crew was rude, unsupervised, and afterward many of my belongings turned up missing.Joe was paid tens of thousands to waterproof and remodel a basement and expanded the job by finding other things ( which cost thousands) to do.He did not re route a drainage pipe which though small spewed water on my floor in violation of code for an entire year.The backup to my sump pump he installed failed catastrophicly causing almost total destruction.He is street smart and will use every advantage he can and has many strategies to milk a job and though he is not totally dishonest he will bite off much more than he can chew competently.my basement that I spent a signicant portion of my life savings on remodeling will never be nice again.He operates of the threshold of legality.Best used for simple non finished jobs, set strict boundaries and heavily supervise the crew.
