Jim Moran & Associates Inc Deerfield Beach FL review: gap insurance

So I purchased GAP Insurance through the Volkswagen dealer in Avondale ( do not do business with Volkswagen either) on 3/6/2015 when I purchased a pre-owned 2014 Passat. So I was rear-ended on the 8/23/17 on the I10 in Phoenix AZ. Filed through my insurance (USAA) and then I was told to file the rest through my GAP since I owed 14K and USAA paid out about 10K. The warrant credits were deducted from the remaining balance and now I owe 1, 500.00 to VW Credit. GAP won't pay out because they claim USAA marked my interior of my car down since there were stains on the carpet. I have no idea what stains have to do with the accident. Check out the pictures attached and be careful. GAP is a scam. This was never disclosed to me at the time of the purchase. I was told that GAP would cover a total loss no matter what.
