JFK NYC Airport review: The flight attendant at JetBlue hurt my left leg

On 6/11/2022 at 9.00 I reached the John of Kennedy airport the worst airport in the world the flight attendant at JetBlue airlines dropped a heavy carry-on bag on my left leg and it is hurting me badly. I need it to be compensation of $40,000 or more according to the medical charges (since that’s the amount I made last year and since happened I cannot) to be sent to be me since I don’t have a job abd I was traveling to Los Angeles from New York to meet my family on my way there this happened in the airport at the jet blue counter while I was trying to get my luggage checked in and get my boarding pass, my flight was at 12pm it says JetBlue through American Airlines I had to then go to American Airlines since the itinerary said JetBlue abd while getting my boarding pass at the JetBlue counter, the flight attendant who was at the other counter near me didn’t hold the luggage of the passenger she was attending and dropped the luggage on my left leg, she said sorry but didn’t help me consoling or asking if I am ok, instead

the man who was attending me asked me if I am ok, I said” no I am not, since I was scared that I will miss my flight I didn’t want to loose my time filing a complaining at the minute about the pain, so yesterday again it started hurting me since I have no insurance in los Angelas I didn’t go to the doctors yet, I have to get checked and my chest hurts too taking the stress of this incident since I am 51 years old, I have to get insurance and then start going to the doctors for physical therapy, for which I want you to file and complain at this lady flight attendant who is extremely irresponsible doing her job and hurting my leg.

My name is Ameena and my number is [protected] please call me if you need more details and if anything, when I am in New York I will go to her and ask her to compensate me, and ask her to compensate immediately and ask you JetBlue to be responsible for her actions. This is serious, she was extremely irresponsible and disrespectful flight attendant working in a serious business like this, hurting passengers who have families to take care.

Please take this complaint extremely seriously and call me as soon s possible.

I already took pictures of the incident, it was a lady she was at the counter approximately at 9.48 am on 6/11/22 at the JetBlue airline counter. please check the cameras when she dropped the carry on bag on me, before 9.49pm.

Thank you and hoping this problem to be resolved immediately.
