Review updated:

ON April 1st I purchased a Pandora Tropical Palm Ring on sale from an American-looking Pandora e-Store. I paid £39GPB, which included shipping.

11 days later I received the ring - from China - which was clearly, laughably fake.

I sent photos to the company; along with proof of purchase and made it clear that it was a fake item, and asked for a full refund as per their website.

They replied a few hours later saying that due to their customs, they'd never get the ring back and offered me £13GBP as a refund. I declined, saying I expected the full amount, They again replied that although the ring was indeed fake it was a 'good price'. I threatened to report them and they eventually promised a full refund.

I also took the opportunity to report them to Pandora who confirmed that they're 'well-known' to be supplying fake Pandora items.

Over a two week period, I emailed repeatedly asking where my money was and I got told to wait due to 'differences in banking'. I continually asked for proof of the refund taking place but didn't get any response.

Then, two weeks ago. I email again and they said they hadn't processed the refund but would do it immediately.

Nearly two months later I still do not have my money back.

I attach a photo of the ring, and the company's box against a genuine Pandora box.

I sadly lost my Pandora bracelet that had a lot of charms on that had been bought as gifts from my friends and family. I was so upset when I lost it that I felt that I owed it to them and to myself to replace the bracelet, as well as the charms that were on the bracelet. Obviously having a full bracelet full of charms costs quite a bit of money, so I was looking for an 'outlet' website that sold genuine Pandora charms at a reduced cost. I found Jewelry Enterprise and at the time, could not find a single bad review about the website. It looked very much legitimate so I went ahead and added all my old charms to the basket and ordered way over £100's worth of charms.

I knew something was horribly wrong when they arrived. The box that they had been packaged in was ripped and had no stickers on to advise to take extra care when delivering the items. My shock grew even worse when I opened the ripped box and found an incredibly fake looking box that had no resemblance at all to the genuine boxes - as you can see from the previous reviewer's photo. When I opened this box, all of the charms were sealed in small plastic zip bags. When I took out the bracelet, it was like a thin, cheap bangle - although advertised as the flexibly bracelet. The charms were completely made of plastic and wouldn't even stay on the bracelet when you put them on - they just fell straight off.

I was so disappointed that I had tried to replace a treasured gift and had been scammed in the long-run. I am usually very vigilant but this time I had misjudged the legitimacy of this online retailer. I immediately emailed (no phone number) the company who asked for my tracking number, but when I provided this they stopped emailing back. I then went to the post office and returned the package, emailing the company numerous times with proof of postage, receipts etc. but to no avail.

I received no further correspondence from the company and never received my money back. I had tried to take this up with my bank but they were unable to help due to the time that had passed since the original sale. I believe that this website has now been closed down, but for anyone looking to buy Pandora products - please just visit the official stockists or the official Pandora website - it's not worth losing your money just trying to save a bit of money!
