He booked my job three months in advance then didn't show up as scheduled. After many weeks of repeated messages and excuses from the owner saying he'd "check the schedule the next day/that night" I posted a message on his social account where other customers could see what he was doing to us. He deleted my comments asking for a new appointment date and then promptly told me my job was now to far away and not worth his time. This owner has no ethics, he agreed to a job but blew me off and kept me waiting for over four months just to tell me he won't do the work. He threatened my husband and said "his wife was a lawyer". He called my husband names. He has no regard for customers and clearly believes he is immune to any backlash from treating us so poorly and unethically. I hope that others will strongly consider employing this arrogant and shady contractor.

I've used JDs Cabinet Refinishing for 7 years over 40 jobs and hes a very professional business man. Just because you live too far away and trashing a business means you are a complete [censored]ing idiot
You poor thing. This company is Legit folks. They have done 4 of our homes and our friends homes.
I just came across this post and will pipe in. We have had JDs Cabinet Refinishing do our kitchen in all 3 of our homes . We also own a real estate business and they have done many ( over 100) of our clients without fail. JD was extremely professional and we have been not easy to work with due to us having get things done promptly . they are a great small business to do business with and zero complaints through us. Yeah JD is garbage. They ruined my kitchen floor that was newly refinished hardwood. I had to pay my flooring contractor to refinish it. From the first time I complained he tried to put the blame on me, and not his guys. He has no integrity. Don’t use him.
All lies we have pictures before. Tell the truth ! You are the incompetent idiot. anyone who wants to see the before pics when the cabinets were stained please text or call 540.446.4842. This guy is a flake!
Resolved. I used a poor choice of words in my first comment, because his guys did good work on my cabinets. And JD is a man of his word he resolved the issue I had as well.
Please do not use JD’s Cabinet Refinishing. I hired “JD” to paint my kitchen cabinets. His men did a horrible job. Not only did the paint bubble and peel within a day of painting, paint was splattered on my walls, kitchen table and chairs. He would not fix the shoddy work and told me “We didn’t damage [censored].” when I told him about the chairs and table.
You won’t ever see him. When I did talk to him to try to get him to come fix the work he called me a “complete [censored]ing idiot” and hung up on me. He sometimes says his name is Jason “JD” Radford, sometimes Bradford. Neither of these are name. Upon trying to serve him papers to take him to court I learned from the local sherif that his name is neither of these and he is virtually untraceable. Unfortunately the sherif could not share his name. He can speak disparagingly and do horrible work because his clients have literally no recourse since he stays in hiding.
Don’t take my word for it. Just google him. Try to learn more about him and his business. Don’t make the same mistake as me and blindly hire him. If anyone can share his real name or any information about him, please send me an email at therealjdbradford@gmail.com. I would love to hold him accountable and I’ve reached an impasse in my search for his identity. Please, just pay the extra money and hire someone that won’t abuse you and leave your kitchen in shambles
All lies! We have used this company countless times. Go to their Facebook page JDs Cabinet Refinishing. Thousands of great reviews. Its a shame there's idiots like this out there.
JD's Cabinet Refinishing is a reputable company in Fredericksburg, VA. We are located at 2706 Lafayette Blvd.
To our knowledge, the person in the post has never contacted us nor have we done work for him/ her. We have a client base that boasts several repeat customers, real estate agents, and happy homeowners. If our customers have a concern, we do our best to address it immediately. We have no information about outstanding issues from any of our clients
