Thankyou for your time.

It is very sad to inform you and make you aware about this dubious system of education racket going on under your nose & with your name tag, and no action has been taken by you as the Director so far who has been a figure of respect due to his work ethics, quality education and justice to all its students and associates.

After collecting all necessary documentary proofs from various students, franchise centres ( Attached herewith ) which are run by JD Institute,

I would like to bring to your notice a very big scam (alongwith all documentary proofs and official emails sent by this institution ) that has been opened and request you to kindly take immediate strict action and no admission forms should be accepted by you till this institute returns all the extra Rs 31, 950.00 charged from students
( Rs 86000 - Rs 54050 = Rs 31, 950) & close all the Centres that are operated unofficially so that this matter can come to an amicable close and your university can be saved from becoming a prey to this illegal racket or else it would turn distasteful with legal implications from the UGC, RTI and DEC along with the HRD ministry which takes very serious action on fake institutions.

Please keep me informed by today evening about your action plan and send the copy of actual agreement that has been signed with this institute and its affiliated centres so that matters could be clarified with the concerned institute. The scam has been caught and this illegal racket is run by

It is come to notice that JD Institute is illegally running a big racket by conducting degree programs at all their centres
( Proof Attached ) -(JD Corporate - Hauz khas centre have sent this mail as notification on 30th June 2011 to all centres to take admissions in Degree programs, which is totally illegal )

2nd Attachment : Degree Fees plan sent by JD Hauz khas branch Attached as attachment as B.Sc Fee Plan 2011, whereas its only Rs.54, 050 as per your website as stated above.

To further exploit & harass the students they have returned the application forms of 6 students ( Students letter Attached ) stating the last date was 15th Sept 2011 which has already crossed, even after demanding Rs.500 per day as fine after 30th Aug 2011.

The mail sent to respective centre is attached herewith.See how the centre is been threatened & presurised to pay Rs 5000 as lateral entry fee & send money that to only on 17th Sept which is officially not the last date.Why such exploitation.

Please note that as per my discussion and confirmation by Mr Bhargav on 15th september 2011, that he promised to send the fees by pay order of rs. 3, 02, 574/- in favor of jd educational trust or finance officer kuvempu university on 17th september.

If the draft didn't reach us by 5pm today we shall return the all documents to the centre directly. Please inform the students accordingly.

Due to their false representation they are still accumulating course fees from innocent students all over India..I will also take up this matter very seriously with the, UGC and DEC and will file a report with regards to my complaint with the Vice Chancellor.I will also put an application in RTI where it declares that Kuvempu university is authorised to run Fashion & Degree programs only at JD - Hauz khas & bangalore Centres and not all 12 centres as quoted by JD Institute and that too at a price of Rs 54050 per year and not Rs 43, 000 per semester coming to Rs 86, 000 per year and charging Rs 31, 950 extra from each child.

Whereas they have also collected Rs 2 Lacs extra from each of their franchisee centres to allow them to run Degree programs unofficially and dubiously.

Mr Venkatesh, I do not have any personal grudge against them and I am aghast that a well educated gentleman like Mr R.C.Dalal could be involved in this illegal racket.I would once again very humbly request you to kindly take strict action and stop this illegal activity and close all the Centres that are operated unofficially and refund the extra money charged from all innocent students so that this matter can come to an amicable close or else it would turn distasteful with legal implications from the University, UGC and DEC along with the HRD ministry which takes very serious action on fake institutions.

I would again request you to give a very serious thought to your next course of action and I would request you to take a positive and truthful stand on this current situation.

Hoping to receive a quick response & action to this very serious issue & my request and save your esteemed university to be a part of this illegal racket.
