Terrible service and snobbish behavior. During the transitional phase during December 2021 when govt stop providing accom. for FDW SHN, the agency told us you could claim back the SHN cost but no guarantee. The staff even asked rhetorically "You are not earning upwards of $10k right" then you probably will be able to claim back. Now SHN is arrange by the agency due to govt changes in regulation, they jacked up the accom cost to $225 a night, is it fair to customers like me who are in the dark? are my FDW serving her SHN in a 4 star hotel? A horrendous experience, tons of agency out there, make your choices wisely
