A compete fraud and scam from Indianapolis Indiana PO Box 3015 zip code 46209 and return address Response Processing Center PO Box 3015 Indianapolis IN [protected] USA. It is an intimidating letter trying to sell funeral and medical insurance and It attempts to portray a govt agency and then in smaller print says it is not affiliated with state or federal govt. I would like this company to stop sending letters to me and would like to know the company name and the executives of the company.
