Purchased 3 time prior and received my ink cartridges, the 4th time they struck my card...after a couple of weeks I emailed them and they said the ink just went out...another week went by and emailed them again they said the ink just went out and gave me a tracking no. after another week I called USPS and they said they have no tracking no like I gave them exists...now after 5 weeks I am still waiting to hear from them. They do not have a phone no. and will not email me back...Searching under Google as I should have in the beginning it shows I am not the only person this is happening to.

Ordered ink for my printer on10/23/11 in the amount of $62.91. Still have not received my order..They told me it had shipped and told me there was a tracking number with that email.No tracking number was given. Emailed them back for the tracking number. Then they told me it was on back order after previously telling me it was shipped.Tried to call them but no business phone just a fax number.Finally emailed them and told them to cancel my order and refund my money. They have not done so.This website is an out an out scam and should be prosecuted for taking peoples money without ever providing a product. I want my money back .

I have purchased about 4 orders from this online supplier of printer ink for my computer. The last order was not correct, and the carts chips were not read by my computer, and would not work. I wrote them, they authorized a return. I packed them up, and shipped on my $12, and they were refused, returned to me unopened. Thinking a mistake, I relabeled, and shipped a second time. Refused again...Now $24.00 in freight charges, and no satisfaction. These are really unscrupulous people, not business people. Do not do any business with Inks Outlet.com.

This was the 2nd re-manufactured ink cartridge they sent me that was faulty. I tried to contact them and sent multiple emails, threatened to report them if they did not call me back and get this matter settled. They cannot be reached by phone, and the number they supplied is a fax number. When they finally called me she said to send back this second bad replacement and they would replace the cartridge with the genuine one. I sent the cartridge back and that was well over a month ago (Sept. 8th).
I have emailed, and faxed them, but all I ever get is emails stating they will send it out in 2-3 days. Nothing. They are a fraudulent company to say the least- a rip-off.

Ordered a package of 9 ink cartridges on Oct.25, 2011 for $62.91. Nothing received as of 8 weeks now. They have replied to emails a few times saying twice they offered tracking numbers (but didn't), and after 3 weeks said if it was lost they would reship, but they have sent nothing. I have reported them to the California Attorney General and have received a written paper reply from the
Public Inquiry Unit on Dec. 20 that they will write to the company and request a response about my complaint.
Waiting to see if there is any results from the new pressure.

I thought they did a good job the first time I ordered from them, but the second time...I lost. Ordered ink, waited a month, sent an email asking where it was, finally received it a few days later. It was the wrong ink. I have emailed several times, sometimes getting a response. I finally received an RMA # to exchange the ink. Then I spent $10+ to send the ink back (exactly as they told me to) and it was returned to me unclaimed a few weeks later. I only wish there were a way to get them for fraud without spending more money. Worst part is...it was a great product for the price! I filed a complaint with the BBB, but have heard nothing. I hope the Ca Atty Gen can do something. My fear is that many people are getting robbed by this company on a daily basis.
