I went on line Sunday 10/15/06 looking to download music for my wedding. I found iMusic and joined for $1.00 or so I thought. I downloaded all programs they requested. I followed their instructions. And of course gave my Visa # for the $1.00 I went to the web site and could only download music to an mp3. I don't have one of those

I e-mailed them immediately and asked them to cancel my membership at once.

I received 4 e-mails from them saying they would help me get on their web site and offered me specials. I declined and asked again and again that my membership be cancelled.

Today 10/17/06 I checked my bank account and found out that iMusic charged $27.00+ to my Visa. I once again this time demanding they put the money back into my account and never use my visa again.

As of yet this still has not been done.

Hello, my daughter Kedeisha Walters (kydie_babygirl@yahoo.com) had signed up for iMusicShare.com and I would like to cancel the membership because iMusicShare.com have taken a large amont of money out of my account. If this continues, I might have to sue, for all that iMusicShare.com have taken.

Yours Truly,
Charmaine Walters

I had an unauthorized charge of $24.76 to my Discover Card account for a transaction dated 10/23/2006.
My wife and I are the only two that use the card and we still have them. Neither of us made a purchase, donation, charge or anything else. We have never heard of this company before. A complaint has been lodged and Discover is looking into it.

I have never been on imusicshare.com yet they charged $18.88 to my credit card. There is no phone number listed to call these creeps either! I had to cancel my credit card.

I have not authorized their use of my card. I was charged $24.76 on 11/02/06 without my consent! How do they have the right to charge my card this way and how did they get this information!? I would like to stop this practice now and get my money back. How do I stop them from just making any further charges that I do not authorize?

I have no issues with iMusicShare.com It is clearly stated that this is a pre-paid membership. Linda, regarding the mp3 issue, you don't need to have an mp3 player. You can play your songs on your computer using your windows media player. I am glad I found iMusicShare, because now I was bale to complete my music collection.

Even if the terms of membership ARE clearly stated, how can we cancel membership if there is no contact phone number and email requests for cancellation are basically ignored?

Our bank account has been charged for this service even though we requested cancellation. I am still trying to figure out how to talk to someone to ensure cancellation.

A false charge was placed on my mother-in-law's credit card by this online music-downloading site.

She has never had the card out of her possession and has used the card rarely for emergencies. She has never heard of this website or made a purchase there.

Imusicshare will take money from your credit card without your permission and probably without even telling you . If you are dealing with them in any way DON'T give them your card number ! If you have an account with them you should cancel immediately and hope they don't decide they want to screw you too.

iMusicShare.com just charged my credit card and I have no idea what it is for. No number on the website, no way of getting ahold of anyone, so what is a person to do?

Imusicshare.com is now being watched by the Federal Internet Crime Board . If you want to file a complaint go to www.ic3.gov and you can get your money back . This will keep them from doing this to other people as well .
