i worked with him once at a large computer company, he was always secretive and odd. i remember when he left the company to start his own business our company received complaints by staff that he would place bugs, wire taps, even crawlers on their systems as his surveillance. he was not liked and i believe that i why he later received so many complaints. a very odd character indeed.
I read on some 'beware of..' website in Australia that he fled Sydney because he was followed by police for taking pictures of a neighbors 14yr old girl. The blog said the photos had no nudity, nothing like that, but still the police questioned him why he took several thousand photos of a 14yr old girl. I do know know if this is the same person, the blog wrote Ilan Zisser of Israel so I assume this is one and the same.

anyone think he does this for business interest, random obsession or does it have any sexual intention? I have children and a wife so I would appreciate if anyone knows about Ilan Zisser being a sexual predator or deviant of some sort. Surveilling people is not a normal thing and to compile files on them without there knowledge is surely a form of mental illness in my opinion. But my question is, is Ilan Zisser a sexual deviant with his surveilling?
I know him, this is true. He has an very unhealthy obsession with surveilling people, sometimes even random people. There is a very thin line between mental illness and obsession. He tapped into my office Internet line and was surveilling us (we are an architecture firm) simply for his pleasure. I think he views it like a cable station. He gets off on stalking people. I know him, he does this to everyone he wire taps, surveils on people's emails, web habits, he gets off on this and sometimes uses it. Sure its illegal, but he is an expert and he feels confident enough that know one knows how to do it as well as him to catch him.

However, he is a very devious character that acts with a complete disregard when it concerns surveillance of his business partners, employees and even past friends. There are numerous complaints with the authorities in Australia and USA over his illegal surveillance, but all with simple slaps on the wrist and fines. He knows how to hide his footsteps he is after all a recognized world expert. He did plea guilty in LA court to illegal surveillance in early 2000, but that could untrue. I think his surveillance is more character default than actual business interest, whatever it is, it is illegal. I just hope its not sexual intent because that would just be frightening. But you never know with these type of people.
