Fraud of Assisting in Cases
If we are all discussing this so called NGO headed by some Arun Saxena, I agree with all the people who feel cheated.I also waited for 2 mths then they sent me how to file a case with 7000Rs I still went ahead to my surprise they said as I didnt send proper documents initially (Only 1 time) so the report or case was half done..why did they then take 7000Rs more...infact the man Mr Arun Saxena called me lethargic and a haryanvi...can you believe?All just because I didnt send the agreement documents of unitech with intial filing.Infact I mailed him Im fedexing the 2nd part even then he didnt say anything then later on came the half baked case report and instructions to file by myself.If I wanted this I couldve paid and hired a proper lawyer instead listen to his abuses that I was wasting his time by writing and sending attachments!Unbelieveable if this was abroad hed be sued for using such language with customers.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
I am an M.Tech, MBA, Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication, LLB qualified and given up my lucrative career abroad to serve the Indians in distress. I even visit the National Judicial Academy to address the judges. And now I realise that some of these complainants don’t deserve my help. I could have rejected their complaints instead of entertaining these people.

Now I clarify all the negative comments:
1) Altaf Batliwala is a low IQ Parsi babaji, who thinks that by paying money he can own a person. He had bought a third hand tooti-footi maruti 800 car for which he expects that the car should run like a brand new car. I had sent his the case papers but he is so low IQ person that despite explaining him 3 times how he has to file these, he is unable to understand and keeps going on his own way. He wants to teach me how to file a complaint in the consumer court instead of listening to me. After receiving the papers and getting his work done he wants me to refund his money. He is always on a look out for free lunch...does not want to pay for the services. He had been harassing the maruti service also seeking free services on his third hand car and tries to extract free repairs by blaming them. Had this fellow approached any lawyer, he would have come to his senses when he would be asked to pay 4 times of what he paid to me. I am not sitting here to give free lunch to everyone, people should learn to pay for the hard work we do. But most people like Altaf Batliweala want to get the work done for FREE. They happily spend to get drunk in dance bars but do not want to pay us a very low amount that we charge.
2) Kavitas...another frustrated female, who finds faults with everything and that is why she does not get along with anyone in her life. After getting the work done she keeps finding fault and teaches us how we have to work and what we have to do. But she does not follow our procedures, does not sent the documents properly and does not even explain to us her complaint properly. Without the proper complaint, she expects miracle from us to understand on our own. She is one of those typical south Indian antinational who would lick the foreigners and abuse the Indians. She has a big psychological problem. She thinks she has a right to abuse anyone and does not know how to respect others. She is a highly frustrated female, does not get along with anyone because she has lot of negativity in her. She is a failure in her life and so tries to hide by her anger.
3) iips….he has no guts to tell his name….but we know who he is. He thinks that by paying Rs 300 we should not only send notice to the company but also file a case and attend the court hearings. This fellow says that NGO should work for free. I told him join me and I will give you free work to do……then he ran away…..
You will see that most of these comments are from FREE MONGERS or low IQ people or people with bloated egos who want to force their way on us and teach us what we have to do instead of following what is told by us. We have very clear cut procedure to file a complaint at www.icrpc.org but these lazy people will not read the procedure and are in a great hurry to file a complaint without even knowing what we need in order to make a case. When we do not accept their laziness, they start finding fault in defence to hide their faults.

I approached ICRPC (International Consumer Right Protection council), which has a big name but it is a FRAUD, for obtaining help to file a case against a builder.I paid the so called membership fees 300/- for that, but they have not done anything.ICRPC have no office and they donot offer any guidence to the consumer.PLEASE BEWARE OF THEM, they are itself a FRAUD

I have been taking the services of ICRPC from last 8 years. In first occasion, it was for a leading washing machine manufacture. The machine was giving stains on cloths, and the service team was refusing to accept the fault with machine and the overall interaction with them was painful. That is the time I reached ICRPC. They helped me by sending legal notice to the directors of washing machine company. Upon which the company immediately replaced the machine with a brand-new machine without any charges.
Recently, I again reached out to ICRPC/Arun Sir for complaint regarding my mobile phone. I purchased a very expensive phone, which started giving issue within 15 months of purchase. The phone was out of warranty period, service center provided estimate of 53000 for repair. Though the issue was suggestive to product fault. I contacted ICRPC through standard process. They issued legal notice to dealer and company. Service center/company did not charge me anything for repairs.
In summary, below are my views about initiative by Arun Sir and ICRPC
1) This is an excellent initiative to support consumers suffering with products, agencies, post-sales services. In absence of any such support, largely the consumer tends to lose their fundamental rights as a consumer.
2) Normally consumers are unaware, and the traditional processes/resources to deal with these kind of consumer issues are not simple, involves lot effort and money. This is where the initiative by Arun sir is a great contribution to the society.
3) ICRPC process is very simple and easy to use.
4) Everything is online with a timely update to the registered mail id
5) It is very cost effective. On one occasion I paid 500 Rs and in other 1000 Rs. Which is extensively less than (negligible) any other means of dealing to such issues.
6) In my case I got 100% success on both occasions. Not only that, the process and setup helped me learn in this area, which enabled me to deal in other cases and didn’t had to get into further steps of legal process. Which I believe, is a substantial achievement.
7) It’s the consumers responsibility to provide the details properly, which increases the chances of achieving desired outcome.
I would again like to express my sincere thanks to Arun Sir/ ICRPC and would recommend to use their services.

ICRPC does a wonderful job . In the past, I am talking about 7-8 years back, I was being thrown around by Sterling resorts, who wanted me to pay the yearly maintences, inspite of not being mentioned in the agreement. I had written to ICRPC on this, and Mr. Arun Saxena had senr a notice to them. Without any further noise, they came about and did all the required documentation seamlessly. Thank you ICRPC.
Lets reason out, how many lawyers in this country have the mind to help the public in such a service. People who have not visited lawyers will never understand this.
I give 5 stars to Mr. Arun Saxena, a saviour in a world of crooks and cheats!
ICRPC is an excellent help. If one follows the guidelines given by them, they will immediately respond to all your queries.
ICRPC has great experience and guide through each step.
They are available only through email and not on the phone. So if you need any help when you are in the court then you have to fight your own case with the documents they provided. Availability over phone could further help consumers to get clarity on few topics on urgent basis.
Overall very helpful experience and I strongly suggest every one to use if you are truly getting issues.
It was an excellent experience getting consumer rights supported by ICRPC, I had a very bad experience recently with driftdeal.com online sale and cheating customer by sending fake product in the name of banded items. There were no response for refund and return from Driftdeal for emails sent nor toll free contacts (fake). ICRPC has helped and supported getting the refund in less than 48 hrs from the time I have reported the case. Consumer rights protection is highly not protected for normal customers and highly not been aware by customers in most of the case which create room for sellers to cheat customer and their money. I appreciate ICRPC for doing a great service with very nominal affordable fee.
ICRPC has helped me a lot . There was a internet fraud from me and I issued the complaint against them. ICRPC took only 3-4 days and my money was back in my account
After contacting various channels for getting my new Samsung refrigerator attended for its defect, no one helped me. Samsung was not even responding since 2 years. In fact their engineer had visit 2 years ago but spoilt the refrigerator more and went away. After that Samsung stopped responding to my calls or attending my complaint.
Then my friend told me about ICRPC. I approached ICRPC and they sent a legal notice to Samsung. Samsung immediately visited my house and repaired my Samsung refrigerator free of cost as the new refrigerator got defective during warranty period.
I am very happy that because of ICRPC my refrigerator got repaired after 2 years of fight with Samsung.
IRCPC helped me to obtained compressor warranty for my window air conditioner which I purchased for Rs. 36000 from a reputed company in 2017. They were not providing me the warranty and made me run pillar to post for compressor warranty. IRCPC drafted legal notice for me. The company changed the compressor within 24 hours. Kudos to IRCPC. You are awesome and thank you for this social help. Mr. Arun Saxena rocks. I feel happy else I would have to spent Rs.36k again.
most of the companies do participate in consumer forum, log case directly in the consumer forum website. most of the companies will do respond positively.
An another scenario where consumer think like in US or so, this is India who will pay for 100 or 200 times if you claim?
My experience with IRCPC is just awesome.
My complaint has got resolved in a month.
Request everyone to follow the procedures for complaints and please use only Gmail instead of Yahoo email.
