My husband and I stayed at the Bella Vista Varadero for two weeks room 20504. From Sept 25th, 2022 to Oct 9th, of the present year.
Beginning of second week on Oct 5th, had an incident going in to the bathtub as mentioned before it is above standard height. Fell in the tub when going in because it's very slippery. From the fall I, hurt my left wrist and have a huge bruise on my left leg all the way to my butt bone. I didn't mention anything to plubic relations.
On Oct 9th, the day we had to travel back I fell again the same way hurt the same leg and got a bigger bruise. This time my husband told tge lady at reception and public relations, all she said is that she was going to mention it. I guess to her superiors. Since we had to travel back we do not know. What the outcome of this incident would be? As I am in pain body is soar and it happened in the hotel premises.
I would like for someone to acknowledge this incident. Also would like someone to get back to me.
