I had been a customer for over 10 years. At first I bought 1 game a month until they started the all access feature. After a few years they said they switched owners or some nonsense and all the games I paid for were no longer available to me. I had bought over 30 games, so I switched to the all access. In April of 2021 I got a new computer and downloaded my I win games manager but I could not log in with my user id and paypal was no longer an option. I put in the same e mail I had been using but no paypal so I had to enter my bank information as requested. From April 2021 till now (July 2022) I was doubled billed. I caught it after a few months and e mailed customer support. Never heard back so I thought it was handled. Now I find it was not and contacted them again. They refuse to return the $150 I have been over charged and canceled both accounts. They are thieves who steal from their customers and then claim they have NO number to call or live person to speak to. They claim they have no phones or address to contact and tried to pacify me with a $20 refund for July 2022 but told me they would NOT refund for the over a year I was doubled charged. I am furious and will be pursuing this in everyway I am abale.

Desired outcome: Return the $150 I was over charged. I am not asking for any overdraft fees they caused or anything for the trouble they caused. Just the $150 they took and an apology.
