Hyatt House Addison review: Taxes refunded and then adding them each month to have you pay and never received

I endured and witnessed The Disrespectful, Descriminitive, Rude, Sexual Advances, Unauthorized Charges Every Night in Amounts that are Federal Offenses, They have a Auditor that works 6 days a week so They can constantly Unauthorize Charges well over the actual Room Rate (like 2351.32) that was taken when I was already paid a week and this still wasn’t refunded by the property so I disputed it with The Bank… (GM Manager - Hector) will promise a meeting, Refunds, and Member Rewards points but it doesn’t happen. Thats another thing Being there 6 months paying over 1,000.00 a week should have more than 17000 made up Amount! I want all My Hyatt points plus extra for the Audacity of Them. They have Robbed and Took from Me the whole time there and they are still taking from Me Everytime I think of how they did Me and I never did anything but Help Him when He wanted Me to Help decide how to save with the Breakfast Bar and It’s Layout, The Many Guest that asked if they should stay and I would Tell and Show them how great It was there and how I felt at Home. But that’s before the Unauthorized Transaction that I disputed and became Public Enemy # 1… So that’s when the meetings was starting to be scheduled after the first one I Never really got another successful Resolution Meeting always can we talk tomorrow then when you show up for the One from 18 promises before.. SMH. Then You have The Agent of The Year (Eric) He is the most Manipulative, Cunning, Narcissistic, Racist / Womanizer as in Its like He Hates Black Women and Would make them Feel unworthy and uncomfortable. He tried Me the First Day and Thats a whole other discussion but I like to mention why NOTHING WAS DONE because He dates The Regional Sales Manager of The Location! Yep that’s correct. So No wonder He does what He Does. Now to what I originally submitted this Claim is When asked about The over 3000.00 in Taxes that Accumulated “The 6 months There” His response is It’s broken down in The Room Rate that You’ve been paying since Checking In and Then after We looked at Him! Like! I Know You ain’t just Try to play Me Like That? It was somehow kept in a Window somewhere “Maybe The Window Seal at His House” because They Robbing All The Guest that have been there for years and It’s because I know And Read The Laws and They didn’t know How to Handle Me and My Advocacy Personality that would Take Place anytime someone was having Issues with Them. It was so bad That I had to seek Counseling when I left because Other Residents would knock at My Door and Complain to Me like I was The Corporate Office… This Complaint isn’t Even The Half of What All I Endured and have Witnesses to Back up everything I’ve said. I’ve NEVER seen a Business as This is My Whole 43yrs on This Earth so far. I know it’s Hard to Believe coming from a Fortune Five like Hyatt but This Location isn’t a Hyatt really is a Management Company by The Name of HighGate that Pays Hyatt for The Name Stamp so They Can Rip off Consumers w/ The Rates and Clientele from The Hyatt Corporation! Yep it’s True I am The Whistleblower and The Wraft that I Asked Them to Just treat Me like They would want but They dont Respecr or care about anybody but The Embezzlement and Fraudulent Business Practices. I’ve contacted Attorneys, News Stations, Hyatt Corporate and Hopefully This Complaint Board can Assist Me In Ways Other than A Refund of over 3000.00 but also The Defamation of Character, False Reports to The CPS, And The Fact That They Are A Fraud They Attacked My Standards and Godly Reputation when I Paid 3 other Residents Room to keep them from being locked out after it Was Dark and It wasn’t Suppose to happen in the first place. That’s another thing They would do is wait until after Checkout at 12 when after that Time if No Payment and The Manager has Left at 6:00pm it’s not a Agents place that came in at 3:00 to wait til after 8:00pm to Deactivate a Keycard for Non Payment at Checkout!
