I am Horrez Plater and I am a live woman and not a robot or another company or another coworker, But I signed up with Huntington Bank some months ago and I signed up using a P.O. Box because I did not have a stable or permanent address at the time. I opened up a checking account and I was told a savings account would be free even though I didn't understand I opened up the savings account with the checking account. I put some money into the savings account and out of no where it disappeared. I called Huntington bank and I asked them where was my currency and I was told they didn't know but that they will give me credit of the same amount that had gone missing once they had found it. They did. They found the currency and then told me that I had to pay them back. I didn't understand that because if they found the currency then they should have kept it so why did I have to pay them currency that they replaced back to me when they found the missing money so they found my missing currency and then received a second currency from me TWICE. That was the first red flag. There was something always going on with that savings account and I believe because it was free and the interest builds up and the customer receives it. The next incident, I filled out an application for a loan and after I filled it out I had to constantly and always call customer service to ask them what the status was and what I needed to complete complete the process, well I was led in circles, directed over here over there and left in limbo. This went on some time until I was told a credit check had to be done. The credit check was good but then they needed to see proof of employment. time went on until 04/18/2022 I went into the Huntington office and showed them proof of my P.O. Box because I was told over the phone that they needed to see the link between I and the P.O. Box. So, they made copies and told me they would contact I but they never did so I contacted them and was told immediately that they could not approve the loan because I did not have a utility bill or a permanent address. They told me because of the fraud alert that they take precautions and that they need to see a physical address and not a P.O. Box. They told me I could be anybody and that because of the fraud they could not approve a loan to me. Now, I sat in that office, gave the woman my photo I.d. with the old address on it that's on my credit report and I brought her papers with my P.O. Box on them and yet I was being accused of fraud and pretending to be I, who I am. The problem I have with this is number 1. How can I show a utility bill if I have a P.O. Box number and have told this bank I reside with someone temporarily. 2. why was I allowed to open up a checking and a savings account just using a P.O. Box? remember, there's a fraud alert on my account and P.O. boxes are not accepted and I could be somebody else RIGHT? 3. Why did Huntington Bank check my credit score when THEY KNEW they were not going to approve me for the loan? WTH. I am still with this bank but I am going to close it because it serves me no purpose. Why should I trust Huntington Bank when Huntington Bank doesn't trust me. I am closing both accounts as soon as possible. I give this bank a ZERO and a THUMBS DOWN. HORIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE communication skills, horrible customer service, HORRIBLE the way they do business, HORRIBLE ETHICS, HORRIBLE LOGIC SKILLS, HORRIBLE SECURITY MEASURES, just overall HORRIBLE from day 1. I'M DONE WITH BANKS. THEY ARE NO GOOD FOR STRUGGLING WOMEN and WOMEN.

Desired outcome: I will be Closing both accounts

Damn! I'm done with banks because checking some ones credit and knowing they were not going to be approved is messed up. I see a lawsuit.
