HugSleep.com review: A full refund.

Stay away from this company!
The product is crappy, flimsy, hot, and way overpriced.
Trying to get a refund on the product is next to impossible. Hugsleep.com has no intention of giving me a refund even though they received my return 65 days ago.

1. They have NO customer support number
2. They make you email them to get return info
3. Their "live" chat is a chatbot which you to maneuver through.
4. When I finally get a real person on chat, they couldn't even answer any questions about my return. They told me to email them!
5. Emailed them months ago, no response.
6. Tried to contact them on Facebook, they erased all my posts. Tried them on Facebook messenger, got no response.
7. Opened up a credit dispute. Credit card company said they tried to contact hugsleep.com multiple times with no answers back. Hugsleep waited until the deadline to answer them and all they said was that I received the product, which I never disputed. Not one word about the refund. So now I am providing additional documentation to the credit card company.

They are liars.

1. They lied they will give you a refund if you return the product.
2. They lied when they said they can't give a refund if a credit dispute is open. I verified with the credit card company that is not true. I left Hugsleep multiple messages saying this and invited them to get on a conference call with me and the credit card company. They ignored my messages.
3. They lied to the Better Business Bureau and said they answered all my messages. They didn't answer the vast majority of my messages.

They are dishonest, malicious, thieves who make bad products and don't care about their customers.
