Purchased a new Bike the decals on the down tube was damaged called huffy customer service they can't help me Return it to the store! I would of bought a new decal if i had to but huffy did not offer to sell me one, Let's hope i never need any other part's look's like huffy don't care about backing up there product's Sorry made in china No parts !

We purchased an inexpensive beach cruiser bike from Huffy online. It arrived promptly in a box that was severely damaged and taped together. We are elderly and had to pay a man to assemble it for us. Once it was assembled we noticed dents in the frame, scratches in numerous places and decals that were improperly put on and wrinkled. Scratches were painted over to hide them. We contacted customer "service" at Huffy and their response was laughingly " the Fed Ex man must have given the product a rough ride". OK but did the FedEx man paint the scratches too? He suggested we get a replacement bike from the Walmart website where we made the purchase. It appears to us Huffy is selling used bikes online thru Walmart.
Fine...we contacted them. They said box up the bike and send it back and in 6 to 8 weeks we would get a replacement. OK we pay a man another disassembly fee put it in the damaged box and hope we get it replaced by Haloween. Would you purchase a Huffy online? We are going to ask our legislators the same question. Huffy you suck!
