Hosieria (German-based company) review: Dreadful Customer service and bad shopping site 1

I think Hosieria is a very bad shopping site and they have very bad customer service manners. First of all, items are expensive. There were two I liked though but something went wrong during the online purchase. The details forms to fill in are bad because they only work for certain places in the world. There are no postcodes in Ireland, where I live, so that's often a problem. There should be more flexibility in those forms. The payment did not come through although they issued a ref. no. I did not get an email straight away as any good company would do. I emailed them, explaining the problems and they replied the day after saying that the payment did not come through and that I had a couple of days to reply if I wanted to go on with the order. No mention of the website problems that should have been sorted out in any case before payment. I replied then later that day (Friday) to say that if payment was possible, quick and secure (as with any good shopping site) I would go on with it. No reply until the Monday, when an email announces that the order is cancelled because I did not reply, even though I had replied. There was no 'we're sorry' anywhere either. I forwarded my first reply to prove them wrong. No reply since. What a waste of time and energy. I have shopped with sites such as shapings.com which were great, payment easy and quick, etc, even though they are on the other side of the Atlantic from us. I would definitely not recommend Hosieria (based in Germany), there is much better out there if you want to buy tights!
