Home Warranty (ARW) review: I want to cancel my services

I wish to file complaint on American Residential Warranty company, I have sent emails to customer service, and they keep giving me the round around, I wanted to cancel my services, this has been going on since 2021, and still has not been canceled. They will not answer the phone, and when they do, they just keep transferring me to the wrong department. This is a nightmare. I have never experienced anything like this. And then I received an email yesterday talking about they are going up 5.00 more. All I wanted to do is to cancel my services and still has not been able too. I have been on hold for 30 minutes and still no one answer the phone.
