Home-Repair review: Washing machine query

On 2nd December i asked about a query on my washing machine and was asked for £1. I was then put through to another department to get some help . I did not know that this was going to cost me £30 a month, which is now pending to go through my accounts. I have tried to get in touch with the company but cannot find out how to co tact them. I believe they are an US company.
