Home Improvement Contractor review: Stole our money 1

We hired Winstar Construction and Restoration LLC to do a complete inside/outside remodel job on a house we bought. Contract with him was signed 5/25/21 with a deadline of 9/26/21. As of today the job is not done, he has taken $120, 000 of our money and job is maybe 10% competed if that. He has disappeared, not answering emails, texts or phone calls. Police report was filed yesterday.
He demanded money upfront ahead of schedule and threatened to stop working if we did not pay him. So we paid and he stopped anyway.
He gave us an incorrect Insurance document that does not have him or his company name on it. We demanded a corrected Insurance page - never received. He lied to us stating he needed the money to order cabinets, flooring and counter tops etc. Upon calling the Cabinet company he said he uses they told us nothing has been ordered by him and that we were not the only ones he stole from and that they have not done business with him in over 2 years.
His NJ HIC reg number on the contract is 13VH10009900.
Below are the pictures of the condition of the house inside right now. Outside is not done, steps missing, fence, shed missing, driveway, landscaping etc missing.
Will send more pictures from my husbands phone + a video of him stating everything will be done 1/31/22. He has not stepped a foot in there in months. His hired plumber and electrician has not completed their part, they pulled the permits with the township.
