Went to return a Lawnmower Adapter Kit, didn't need anymore as I bought a brand new one at same store. A female employee, glasses short cropped hair, very heavy set but very rude. Said she couldn't do return because she didn't know me, BS she went about trying to humiliate me in front of 5-6 customers, She also said it had been used, BS I showed her receipts of the hundreds of dollars of purchases and she took them, embarrassed I left and then returned, I asked for the part back and the receipts and she replied "I don't have them no more, I didn't think you would return, and then went about intimidating me, I left and told her I was calling the Police and haven' returned since. I am a senior and own a nice home which is paid off, my name is John Thomas Gruchy, I have an ancestor who was one of the fathers of confederation and am a senior citizen.
