You have a contractor on craigslist who advertises numerous items he does not perform. Since June 2021 he has scammed at least 10 elderly families. He has pleaded guilty to felony charges in Franklin and Bedford counties in Virginia. His scam is to give him money for materials that he can order at a cheaper price thru his contacts. Once this is done, he does not show up to perform the work as requested. His prior company name was Rock Solid Construction & Design. He changes company names and his cell numbers frequently. I believe he has scammed from elderly families more than $100,000 in the past year.
According to the Virginia Commonwealth Attorney his felony cases involve around building a deck for me, a deck and redoing an entire basement for my neighbor and building a barn for another neighbor.

Desired outcome: Remove this company and any other companies he advertises on craigslist permanently to protect other families. He has already been in court for felony charges and we are waiting the judges final decision on restitution.
