Assessment and Agreement Signing began on Tuesday, July 11, 2023; while the delivery of services promised was breached, the owner never offered a direct apology or reasonable recompense. Audio and video recordings are available to scrutinize the ordeal remotely at the client's home. The amount of money paid to the business was $1,846.01 on a date that was four days earlier than the agreed-upon invoice/payment date. The COMPANY lied to us about the invoice/payment due date and the services that would be provided to a 90 y/o client and mother. It was a sham from the start. A quick profit gain for nothing of substantial value in return. The initial CG (#1) admitted not being trained by the COMPANY for the promised services. The initial CG (#1) admitted that she didn't even like to read, let alone read the stipulated care plan shared by the COMPANY. CG #1 was willing to do whatever the client wanted and needed by verbal declaration but not by what was in print. CG (#2) only did the bare minimum, read the task sheet handed off from CG #1, but ignored and refused to follow it.

CG #2 was the CG that suddenly became uncomfortable with the client's needs after being contacted by the son (Primary Caregiver... POA) via video cameras in the home. The COMPANY was aware of the presence of cameras and their capabilities. CG #2 contacted the case manager on duty during their shift, emphatically objected to the agreed-upon requirements by the son, and left the client (bedridden mother) unattended with authorization from the son to depart the premises (because it was clear that CG #2 was not planning to do another act of duty). Upon reviewing the family portal and receiving the invoice and payment details via email, the son rushed to the bank to alert the bank of the fraudulent activities of the COMPANY. Neglect of the client. Nightmare experience for the family members.

And last but not least, the apparent disrespect for the needs of the client and family members. This company has no morals. It has no love for the community it serves. Profit-driven, not quality services rendered for the aging or needy under their care.

Desired outcome: This COMPANY needs to be suspended. They need to be ostracized from their brand and parent company. And lastly, they need to refund the family representing the client in full for services not rendered.
