Hollard South Africa review: Funeral Policy

I have being paying my mother Policy for years up to date. Now it seems Hollard internal structures is in diserray, seemingly due to incompetence hiring and or cader deployment. Suddently since march my mother policy has been cancel due to non payments. I have now find everything is up to date, they have not inform the policy holder via E-Mail or phone, about their incompetent unethical decision. They just cancel it, to me it seems as a racial matter as other people`s polices is not just cancel without proper due consultation. I am giving them 24Hrs to respond, before the matter will get international attention and complaint to the ambudsman or media. If she should die, I will indefinetely make sure Hollard will carry the full brunt of their incompetence. There is money on the policy, this incompetence deployment are seemingly thinking of looting it. This idiot lady telling me over the phone that the payments is since March 2023 outstanding, what a pathetic liar!. No proper investigation or inquiries done on side of Hollard, but due to lack of discipline, makes an false statement - Plainly incompetence. The Policy No. [protected] Mrs. H.C Bekker - ID NO.
