Customers Beware of HIRCO Hiranandani Real estate developers both Chennai and all other city.
They are biggest fraud group. Dont make any payme nt without getting every details on paper.
Their sales ppl are very cleaver first to get your money then you are into their trap you cannot even get the initial booking money you paid without going to court.
I know many of my friedns who have been trapepd by HIRCO, paid money, not getting the apt as promised.
no infor on when we will get.
HIRCO does all illegal armtwisting to refund money.
Seem many more complains from Mumbai area HIRCO will take all profits even if you try to sell after completion.
Basicalli HIRCO takes away all the profit we expect to make in appreciateion.
I had booked Flat 1504 in Valencia on 06th May 2011 and paid an amount of Rs. 235519/- on the same day. Later on 06 June 2011 I paid an amount of Rs.706556/- (both the above cheques totalling to Rs.942075/-). This is 20% of the flat cast The saleable area of the flat is 1185 sq ft. Ms Aarti Kansara & Mr. Ashutosh Kolhi told me that the project will start in June 2012. I kept following with Ms Pritipal Kaur Walia who told me that there is a delay in the project and it will start soon. Somewhere in June 2013 Ms Sapna Jham called me to talk of the apartment. I met her in the office on 25th June 2013. She told me that Valencia is in Phase II and will start only in December 2014. However they offered me another flat which was more than 1500 sq. ft. and asked to swap against this flat. This I said increases my financial liability and I cannot afford it. To which she told me that you have no choice but to wait till December 2014. I asked her whether i can cancel the project to which she replied you will lose Rs. 794542/- of the total of Rs.942075/- which I have paid. I am not sure whether the building construction will commence even in December 2014. I feel totally stuck.
