i am a real fool. this company took $25000 of my money in return for promised commisions on sales of their products. i have received no commisions and this goes back to 2007, and have not received my money back. i have signed contracts with this company.
please help!

The domain name www.iqherbalcare.com was created on June 11, 2011 as a follow on from HERBAL CARE DIRECT & KYRA THERAPY after they had SCAMMED a huge amount of people all over Canada & the U.S.
IQ Herbal Care only actually started trading about 6 months ago, So for the record, IQ Herbal Care, IQHERBALCARE, HERBAL CARE DIRECT & KYRA THERAPY are the same people, selling the same products.
The new website http://www.iqherbalcare.com claims that they
are a company built on integrity and trust but WHAT A JOKE THAT IS as the people behind them, JUDY ROTZ & FRED WILLIAMS have been FRAUDULENTLY selling worthless Royalty Certificates for $5000 & $10000 and even more to customers all over the US & Canada and now they have started up selling the same products with an IQ 1Q in front of their name.
DO NOT BE FOOLED BY http://www.iqherbalcare.com IQHERBALCARE IQ HERBAL CARE - THEY HAVE NO INTEGRITY OR TRUST and should not be allowed to trade on line again until they have re paid all the money which they have SCAMMED from their previous customers.
This is a REALLY IMPORTANT message to:-
ALL the people who have been scammed by this company.
The Hamilton Police are investigating Kyra Therapy - Herbal Care Direct & Fred Williams BUT they need EVERYONE who has been cheated to make a REPORT to their local Police Force, wherever they reside, so that it can then be forwarded to them for action to be taken.
The ONLY way to get action is to Tell your local Police that your REPORT should be faxed to:-

Please file a complaint of fraud with your local police services. Have them send the statement/complaint to the Hamilton (Ontario, Canada) Police Services. There is an active fraud investigation and the more people that make statements, the more action will be taken. Please do this ASAP.
