Well, I must say at first, I was very skeptical of this company, but I gave them a try despite some of the review I found Because I like supporting small businesses. Turns out they are AMAZING! Yes, they had some bad reviews, but they were very honest with me when I asked... I think the important thing here is that they did a FANTASTIC job with my floors. From the start *** was fantastic. They listened and got my project started with in my deadline. Tre and *** were so much help and very honest I guess they have gone through a lot of changes lately and the company was very open apologetic and willing to show they want to help you with every need! I would recommend this company to everyone who is considering new flooring.

It was a wonderful experience working with Healthy Home Flooring. My designer was JD and he came to my home prior to the project start to go over my options and helped me select a beautiful LVP. I decided to rip out both the standard tile and carpet that were originally installed, so it was quite the mess. My installer was *** and he was awesome. His team moved all of my furniture, made sure to cover my walls, and cleaned up at the end of each day. The install took about a week to complete and I now have beautiful floors throughout my home. My project manager, Zac, kept in contact with me the entire time to ensure that the install was going smoothly. The icing on the cake was having my air ducts cleaned and sanitized after the process! I couldn't recommend them enough.

Healthy Home Flooring removed tile (dustless) and laminate flooring downstairs in October and installed lvp *** flooring. Love how the house was transformed and feels so much bigger. Received numerous comments on how nice they look. Continuous flooring with no transitions, Decided to have the same lvp installed upstairs in a bathroom, loft, and bonus room. The installers took the time to do it right. Moved furniture around to install flooring and new baseboards. Very considerate, cleaned up every day, really strived to do an amazing job. Looks just as amazing as downstairs. From the ease of selecting, scheduling, and having the floors installed would recommend Healthy Home Flooring. Salesman (JD) was great offered clear upfront pricing, no surprises and free duct cleaning included.

Can't recommend Healthy Home Flooring enough to anyone looking to take on a flooring project! Everything from the initial consultation to the install was enjoyable and it was obvious from the start that this company was not like the others. JJ came to our home and helped guide us with product selection, Zac oversaw our install from start to finish and ensured it was as seamless (pun intended) as possible. The customer service team was very responsive as well. They truly make you feel like your project is the one and only thing they are focused on. The project took about a week from the time we contacted HHF to the time the final floor was laid down, which seems to be unheard of during times like these. Give them a call if you want a company you can trust with your safe space, your home.

Healthy Home Flooring did an amazing job with our floors and they had great customer service from beginning to end. I first spoke with *** (I believe) and he helped me select which flooring we wanted based on what we already had. *** then came to our house and showed us a few samples and together we chose "oyster". He did a phenomenal job helping us out and is incredibly kindhearted! The *** brothers installed our floors in 4 days and the outcome was beyond our expectations, our house is completely different! They were very punctual, kept constant communication and kept us involved in the entire process.*** was scheduled to do our pre and post walk through and he always made sure we were happy with their service. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. We're also looking forward to doing our flooring upstairs when the time comes :)

This company is a FRAUD, they hired guys that were not skilled in their work, they messed up my flooring and used a few different styles for the tile after messing up on my order choice twice. No one at this company is professional or knows anything about whats going on with anything, I spoke to several different people that never knew anything and kept giving me the run around. They didnt finish my flooring and now Im stuck with spending more $$$ out of pocket to try & find someone to finish the job. This was the biggest nightMare for me being a single parent with limited income. Now no one will return my calls and they are threatening to put a lien against my only home for the work they did not finish and that I will not pay for! Please please DO NOT ever use this company they are a fraud and will try to s*** your over, I wish I wouldve seen reviews before I used them!

Choosing Healthy Home Flooring to replace the carpet in our home was the perfect decision for us! We felt appreciated, respected, and valued by the employees at HHF from our initial call to inquire about pricing to the completion of installation. We were nervous about having someone come for an in home estimate because we were not sure what to expect. At no time did we feel pressured or obligated to choose their company. We felt they provided ample information for us to make our purchasing decision. The crew that installed the carpet were professional and courteous. Throughout the process HHF made sure to keep us informed of what to expect during the next steps and continually checked in to be sure we were satisfied with the service we were receiving. They even came back after install and completed an entire home disinfectant fog completely free of charge. We highly recommend Healthy Home Flooring for ALL of your flooring needs!

Extremely satisfied with the entire experience and service, from the sales team, installers, managent and office staff. We found out very early during our install project that we had made an excellent decision with Healthy home, the constant follow up to check up on our satisfaction of the installation process was impressive and showed that they seriously cared, the flooring installers are very professional and kept us fully informed of the step by step progress, they even worked with us on finishing first a much needed area that we needed for a special event and they worked non stop. The carpet installers also no nonsense hard working team, I was very appreciative when the came down looking for me to give me my gold wedding ring that was found on the floor of our master bedroom, I am so glad we have professional people like thus and gave us full confidence to recommend Healthy Home Flooring to all of our friends, neighbors and family. We are looking on future projects for our home and will definitely be going with Healthy Home Flooring as they gave gained our trust.

Wowie wow! Healthy Home Flooring is an outstanding company to work with. I was literally 'floored' by their customer service and just as important, their product and workmanship. I set up an appointment with them to get an estimate to carpet my entire upstairs and the day prior, a man representing HHF came to my door with a gift of little cakes from Butta Cakes in Scottsdale (which were delicious) just to remind me of my appointment with them the next day. Who does that these days? They do! Larry, came out the next day with samples and went over everything with me and my husband and gave us the estimate. We decided to go with them at which point, Larry called the owner of the company (Brandon, I believe it was) and he thanked me for my business and choosing them and welcomed us to the family. Honestly, I DID feel like a part of the family from beginning to end. Already recommended them to my neighbors and would highly recommend them to anyone who appreciates the best customer service I've ever experienced as well as a quality installation and a super nice crew. Thank you!

We just moved to AZ and discovered some poorly laid carpet in our new home. I looked online on *** and *** and found that Healthy Home Flooring had excellent reviews, so I decided to give them a try. Honestly, I was blown away. The day after my phone call, someone came to our door with delicious treats as a thank you for booking a consultation. The next day, a consultant came out to discuss what we wanted done and prices. He was awesome. Two days later, the guys showed up and installed 4 rooms worth of flooring, in just a few hours! I was so impressed. They wore their masks the whole time, and were responsive and helpful. The new floors are beautiful and most importantly, properly installed. One would think I am done, but I'm not. The next day, someone called to ask how things went, and offered a complimentary sanitation service. Two days later, a very nice gal came out and completed that service. Finally, later that night, I was asked if I would be willing to review the company. Of course I am. I am really blown away by how far the employees go to ensure a positive experience for the customers. You won't regret working with this company, I know I don't.

The single worst experience I have had with a service company. The easiest part of the whole process was the purchase, naturally. Quick to take your money, and then no motivation to provide excellent service. They are certainly not the cheapest out there, but I wasn't looking for cheap. As a matter of fact, my downfall was being impatient and wanting my floors done ASAP, as opposed to taking time to investigate thoroughly this company and my other options. Trust me, *** learned. Some of my experiences included non-communication, no-shows, showing up hours late, most of the installers were great, others were strung out on drugs, I had no less than 4 conversations about thresholds that were supposed to be installed between the wood and tile flooring- after two weeks and several phone calls- they came back to install them. The most frustrating part is the lack of concern for the customer and their time. To have a customer sit around all day, just to not show up, and it's the customer who has to call and figure out what is going on- as opposed to open communication and being proactive. This was a consistent issue the entire time and I always got the, "I was just about to call you" response. Additionally, when I addressed my issues and concerns the response was simply, "good work is hard to find". In my opinion, you should only employ the best if those are the people representing your company on the front line. I would rather wait months for my flooring to be installed and feel like my purchase was worth it, than to have experienced the most atrocious service I have EVER had. There were a few people who provided the best service they could and tried to smooth out the issues. In the end, there was no one who would take accountability and ensure the rest of the process ran smooth- no one. I can only hear, "I am so sorry you are experiencing this" so many times. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I do not recommend to anyone who values their time and money. You will spend a vast majority of time twiddling your thumbs and wondering why your installers didn't show up. You will spend a large amount of time on the phone being upset because you're getting the run around. You will spend more money on average flooring than your time is worth, in my opinion.

I had a rep from this company come to my home and I ordered flooring and baseboards to be installed, but to my surprise only half of my home had new baseboards put in. I have tried for over a month to get them to finish and got nowhere. They were supposed to come out today, but nobody came or called. I have gotten the same response over and over again from this company. Please finish this job.

On 10/7 this company started installing flooring at our home, they sent one man and no tools needed to remove existing floor, day two sent only one man with a tool that turned out to be wrong,after 3 more days of h*** they finished most of it but not the molding,the following day they were to arrive in the morning, they came after six pm, they were to hang plastic at the home to prevent a mess which they never did dispite constant request , they said they would take care of it but never did. Also to date i havent received an invoice showing the sq footage i was charged for and reflecting the 60%off sale, i have contacted them several times with no results. I feel we were overcharged and not compensated for house cleaning

This company came out to provide me a quote on June 19. They told me the price and asked me if I would like to try and get financing for the job. I was approved and they asked for a deposit, which was provided. They told me the material would be in 3 weeks. I started calling them and emailing them when would I get the installation. They would never provide a direct answer and I believe they never had order the material. So I cancelled the order and I found out that they didn't just apply for financing...they went ahead and charged the full amount without doing the work. That is unethically to charge someone for work they haven't even started. I want this company to reverse all charges as they have not done ANY work and didn't even keep their promise of doing the work in 3 weeks.

I was charged *** for Luxury vinyl flooring for my entire upstairs and stair case. The project started July 21. They finished the upstairs floors which I Love. There was quite a waiting time for materials for the stairs. The stairs were finished on Friday July 20 2022. I voiced my complaints to *** one of the owners and he stated someone would be out to look. Sept 30 2021 *** a different project manager than started the project came and heard my issues with the stairs. He would be talking to *** and would let me know what he said within the hour. No call back. I called *** sept 31 2021 he stated the *** contacted the manufacturer of the flooring and they stated the color was right and that there is no tripping hazzard so there is nothing They could do. He offered a refund of some sort and said he would get wit *** on that. Did not hear from him My issues are the vinyl does not match the color of the the rounded pieces of vinyl on each step and some of pieces are not flush.

They called said that we won a 2nd place on *** in November we would get $750.00 or 30% off flooring I have asked several times for a detailed receipt with how much per square yard on the carpet and padding which we never received it has been a nightmare getting the carpet in from wet padding and arguing on the phone with them basically calling me a liar by several people, Then the contract says we get Free Air Duct cleaning they called me on 2nd installation day and now saying that doesn't go on our price we got and said that we would have to pay another $500.00 for the cleaning , it is in our contract and on their website that this is part of their business with every purchase their Thank You it says on line, Their Customer service is awful and wanted me to pay all our monies before intallation we gave them $1000.00 down and tried to pay on the phone with them the week beore installation they said the crew would take the last pay the installation day which they said they dont do that , then project manager said the crew to stop install because we didnt finish paying as per contract, so we paid on phone with them just one thing after another, if I have to go by their contract so do I then they need to give us our detailed contract as per above and our Free Air Duct cleaning.

We had purchased tile flooring and carpet from HH flooring, tear out date started April 5, The tear out took 2xs longer than quoted and the men were never supervised, broke both toilets, one they didn't tell us about until we found a cheap toilet in it's place, they did replace that with another toilet higher quality. We have had many issues with this company, they ruined our expensive fridge, said they would fix it, 7 months later still not fixed. *** purchased the wrong parts, dropped them at my home where they sat over the Thanksgiving holiday with a house full of people. The men that did the grout, again not supervised, have thick areas of grout in many spots and no grout in others, spoke with owner *** several times, have been promised it would be fixed scheduled people to come out that never showed up. I paid over 17K for these floors and they look horrible. I want this fixed has been over 7 months, that I have given them *** to fix the issue and still to no avail they have not. I want a refund and want to hire another reputable company to fix my floors and want my fridge replaced. HH flooring needs to have supervisors on their sites and not let just anyone work on their customers homes, their biggest investment. The last time I contacted *** was 12.6.2021 and told him if he doesn't get this fixed I would have to contact the Complaintsboard.com and ROC, 6 days later no response. I am also filing that compliant with ROC for investigation of poor workmanship and refusal to fix their mistakes

I am sad to inform you that we regret choosing to have the floors done by healthy home flooring. This has been the worst experience. We have had to talk to so many different people, it is ridiculous. We don't even know who is the main contact to call anymore. Plus, I was tired of calling so decided to send emails in hopes to get a resolution soon. The stairs still aren't completed and there are still no transitions. No one has fixed the mistakes or communicated anything with us. The installer employees never know anything we are told would happen either as if they are not getting the information communicated to them. We are losing our patience and getting to the point of us wanting to request the flooring to be removed and a refund issued. I have never had so much buyer's remorse than I do now with choosing this company. We have been reassured multiple times by a handful of people who agree with us about the areas that need repaired and to be completed. They take photos and validate our concerns so we feel better. Then, come Monday (10/11) the employee shows up and knows nothing about anything discussed and left without doing any work. On 10/20 we haven't heard from anyone about the repairs, the missing stair or the transitions. It is so frustrating. Our first appointment was for 9/2, then was moved to 9/14. I asked to speak to a manager or someone higher up and got a call from another new person who scheduled another appointment on 10/26 but again, no call, no show - still not completed.

Deceptive Trade Practices and shoddy workmanship On January 19 2022 we made an appointment with Healthy Home Flooring based on five-star reviews and advertisements for free dustless tile removal. This is not what we received.The salesperson advised that the advertised dustless tile removal was less-dust and there was an additional charge of $1,000. However the company openly advertises dustless tile removal as one of 8 things they do for free that the competition does not. Since my husband has asthma we needed the most dust free process available. We believed the company had a five star rating, we went ahead and agreed to the additional charge thinking we would receive the advertised dustless tile removal. The total *** came to $17,486.30. The sale order stated less dust tile removal system, there is still dust left over, just less dust. This does not match what the company openly advertises. The demo crew did not use a dustless or even less dust system as we had extensive dust throughout the house. In addition to the excessive dustless tile removal the demo crew created gouges in the concrete slab damaged appliances dented and chipped drywall knocked tiles off the fireplace scratched the front door scratched furniture and pushed in the bottom of the sliding glass door frame.Several calls were made to the company regarding the excessive dust and damage. All we received was the run-around since the company had all our money. We hired three house cleaners at $485.00 to get most of the dust removed from the walls and other home surfaces. Another employee noted the damaged appliances and other items of note. He confirmed the dustless tile removal was not free and even though we paid for it, it appeared that we had not received it. Two company employees have confirmed the deceptive advertising. To date the company has sent out a handyman service who was only able to fix the door frame. Several calls were made to management without success.

I had this company install vinyl flooring in my kitchen/entry way/2 bathrooms. The salesman came out and brought samples/measured/and gave quote and I choose to go with them. They sounded like a very good company to work with. Salesman said another gentleman would come out before the installation begins to re measure and go over a few things. He came out and said there might be an additional charge to level my floors, said the highest he'd seen is about $500.00. Also said that after the work was done...leave a 5 start review on YELP and I'd receive 150 in gift cards. I was told a project manager would be on site daily to inspect work and the crew and process and that one member of the crew would speak English to communicate with. This man *** was as nice as JD the salesman. Seemed like a GREAT company. Then comes installation day...the crew shows up and starts the demo and all went south quickly. No English speaking men on site. Very hard to communicate with as to leave 1 working toilet working at all times! After the tile was demoed a man showed up looking at the floors to determine if floors needed leveling which they did. A man named *** called and informed me the price would be *** to level them. I had no choice at this time to go ahead cause now I had no tile on all the floors and needed it done. They leveled them and returned the next day to start the tile. No did not level the floors properly and tile was not laying/installed properly. ***...was no help as usual! No project mangers came out to inspect this. They ran out of tile (which I think I was overcharged for), the transition pieces were not installed properly and my refrigerator tipped over while returning to kitchen and spilled over my new tile. Called ***...nothing! Talked with *** and not much better but finally got *** involved (which were ALL GREAT) and floor ripped out and done over. Still need vent cleaning done . VERY UNHAPPY
