Hawaiian Telephone review: Internet service

Over the last two weeks, as a premium customer, I have had no PREMIUM internet service. I was scheduled for a tech to come out October 25; than received a call providing an earlier date — October 22 about eight days out.

My wife had to get a company computer and hot spot to do her work. My phone hotspot runs up load around 40 — the Hawaiian Tel hovers around 20 with premium service with much more aggravation.

A wild guess is that only the router needs to be replaced and I could pick it up anywhere.

Since this massive disruption has affect my wife's ability to work and her attitude, it sure is affecting our marriage.

I am about to gather the internet garbage and transport our two decade HOUSE landline to FASTER, RESPONSIVE and more reliableCARRIER.
