Harbor Inn Seafood in Augusta, GA | 3404 Wrightsboro Rd, is really a lousy seafood restaurant, their most loyal customers are old people- who can't tell the difference between fresh seafood & stale seafood; which is what harbor inn specializes in serving to it's patrons, crappy fried stale seafood, that's constantly warmed up (not cooked fresh) & reheated over and over again! The manager is an illegal immigrant & conman; named Angelo, who for the past few years has been doing a lousy job managing the restuarant; which has been nearly shut down several times by the F.D.A., for food poisoning. Many former customers have filed suit against Harbor Inn Seafood in Augusta, for cases ranging from food poisoning to job discrimination.. This restaurant is notorious for it's huge employee turnovers, because of the way Angelo & some of the female employees continue to mistreat fellow co-workers, and their occasional poor food services to customers (mainly African-Americans).. I would not recommend working or eating at Harbor Inn Seafood in Augusta, GA...

Hi, I eat at Harbor Inn quite often. I have no complaints when it come to the food. My complaint is about one of the ladies that take the orders. There's usually two African American girls that's working the desk when I come in. One has really short curly hair and wear glasses she's an angel. The other one kind of look rough in the face and most of the time she wears a ponytail. She is horrible when it comes to customer service. Not only myself but I noticed she don't greet the customers she has absolutely no politeness to the customers. It's almost like she's disconnected from her job mentally. As if she don't want to be there. She is the only problem I've ever had since I've been eating at Harbor Inn. Her attitude stinks! 06/09/16 5pm
