I recently went to Bali and contacted Yuni to make some clothes for me and for my friends who I had recommended to. We bought materials in Bali for Yuni to make items, we took clothing for her to copy from and she was making additional clothes from scratch. Yuni did not make our clothes in the time frame she said she would. We tried many times to contact her with no return of our calls and it happen that one of her clients staying in the same hotel as us was going to see her that night before we were to leave. From that she turned up otherwise we were not going to see her. She promised to post the clothing because she did not have the items finished in time for us to leave. I even had offered to give her some money to cover the cost on what she had made. On our return I had emailed her many times with no reply. I did get a message asking what was our postal address was and then nothing after that. My son is going to Bali in a few weeks and offered for her to deliver them to him and he will pay for the items that she made. Hence I will be contacting the Indonesian conciliate to report the incident as she still has clothing items that she did not make nor pay for and she also has the material we supplied. I will be alerting as many as I can of her dishonest and unprofessional behaviour. It’s disappointing as Yuni seem such a nice person and all she has portrayed is that she is not trust worthy, happy to lie, and treat people with disrespect. Her quality of workmanship is questionable. Dealing with people like Yuni is a disgrace to the Indonesian community because I know we are told to be aware but I thought Yuni was different how wrong I was. She has made a lot of money as she has bought a block of land, car and provided for her family from her business which is great but when she has shown unprofessional business behaviour then you need to question her business morals. We would like our clothes returned and the materials we had brought in Bali.

BEWARE! Yuni comes across as a confident, likeable business women but the service delivery is nothing less than substandard. All measurements and fabric were provided 9 days prior to leaving Bali. When we eventually chased Yuni up (completely by accident as didn't turn up on the agreed day), none of the garments were finished. It was obviously a rush job as I believed she hoped we would have left Bali. Seams were all over the place, sizes were completely wrong, my partner was measured up for a suit, the fabric was lovely but who makes a suit up to the finish product without a final fitting? the result was a suit jacket that would fit "Arnie". Several attempts were made to contact Yuni whilst back in Perth via email - I personally had no response at all. My friend received a response exactly one minute after sending an email to say if we didn't hear, we would make a complaint on TripAdvisor. That was two weeks ago and you guessed it - nothing further.
