I purchased two mixed breed puppies and 14 weeks of training which cost thousands of dollars. The puppies arrived sick requiring VET visits and medication. One puppy was diagnosed with a moderate malocclusion as well, which they never told me about so I had no option to change my mind. What was their obligation to inform me as to the status of the puppies so I could change my mind?
Finally, I have been complaining for months and I still have received no response concerning resolution from Management. What is their obligation to respond to customer complaints?
There is an obligation I believe that companies and businesses need to standby their product claims and to be responsive to customers.
