I have 2 chihuahuas. A 10 year old male named ShadyBoy and a 9 year old female named KittyKat and I have been taking them to this groomer for a long time. On may 9th I dropped them off for a regular bath, After picking them up, on the way home in the car, I noticed they were both scared and were acting unusual!

But He was limping when he got outa the car. I called the place and ask what may have happened? They assured me nothing went wrong and they have no idea what I’m talking about. I called them few days in a row to get some info and they even said they have checks the cameras and watched all the footage of that day and everything was ok. Since then I have gone to the vet and an emergency vet hospital 4 times already.

I still owe the vet, my goofy happy dog is now constantly in pain and agony, on buncha medications, and almost paralyzed on his both back legs and can’t even go to the bathroom on his own and without me holding and helping him. It’s so frustrating and heartbreaking, cause In my heart I know something must have happened that day. At first I thought they cut his toe nails too short so I took pictures of that, not to mention the week prior to this, I also noticed on both my dogs patches of hair coming off and the skin was super dry and flaky under.

I would like to make sure and confirm that they are telling the truth and nothing actually happened to my dogs by the staff or while they were waiting in other rooms, at the groomers on may 9th.

I also would like to find out if they have insurance or not, no amount of money is goin to fix my dog but I want Justice to be served. They need to be hold accountable if there was an accident but they are not being honest and transparent.

I don’t want this to happen to anybody else. Please help…

Desired outcome: Improve their practices in the future and pay for any necessary services in order to fix or treat my dog’s condition due to either having unprofessional and careless staff, neglect or lack of experience.
