The Company trading under Hambrook Lambton Adensberg Trauns Pty Ltd, or Labour Standards Standards Centre of Excellence, Canberra, ACT and operated jointly by Mr Paul Tavatgis, Owner and Operater of the Public Fundraising "Regulatory" Association (PFRA) and Ms Ebony-Maria Levy, also of PFRA is a conflict of interest venture ripping off 56 PFRA member charities and their supply chains listed on pfra.org. au and no reasonable Accountant and any charities should be paying invoices for fake "due diligence" reports and "workplace advice" from the likes of Mr Tavatgis that make profits by misleading charities and purporting to regulate.
Mr Peter Hills-Jones that recently took over as CEO of PFRA Australia is well aware that the PFRA in the UK ceased to use the misleading term, "regulatory", encountered financial difficulties during his term, and was forced to merge after MP's figured out what the PFRA in the UK was doing. Regretly, although the company dropped the term "regulatory" possibly due to legal action for misleading members of the public and charities, it has not changed its logo to The Public Fundraising Association (PFA) but is still has misleading conduct by retaining PFRA on its logo and brand.

PUBLIC FUNDRAISING REGULATORY ASSOCIATION

I had a very negative experience of this fake regulator also offering fake legal advice through lambrook hampton adensberg trauns pty limited.
The right cause of action for member charities would be to terminate APPCO and Cornucorpia membership pending the outcome of court proceedings. This is the norm in the charity sector.

The PFRA Australia is the biggest cover up of wrongful charity actions and good charities should do their reaseach before paying checks to businesses listed on pfra website and also associated with Directors that have yet to pay fundraisers and now purport to offer "workplace" advice and to be "defenders" of workplace rights to Members of parliament through newly created shelve companies, when they have ripped off fundraisers.
