I have a loan with Guildcrest Financial Holdings and tried to get a complete payment history and they could not provide one. A contract was made with a fixed term and the company sent me another one years later for me sign modifying the original. I think this is illegal matter.

I was contacted by one Ms. Nancy Foster identifying herself as a staff of Guildcrest Financial Holdings. She told that I got approved for a personal loan of 60, 000 CAD (they raised it to 70, 000 upon my request) and if willing to take the loan, will have to abide by the terms & asked for my personal ID to be sent for further processing. I am a new immigrant to Canada and was overwhelmed with this "approval" because I had taken a high interest rate loan in my homeland to immigrate to Canada and obliged to all their demands. Then, they asked me to pay initially an advance of 5 months' payment as a security which was 2781 CAD, because I was a "high risk customer." After this, they asked for processing fee of CAD 1369. Then after 2 days, another woman identifying herself as Robin Monterroso, the Accounts Manager, sent a mail and asked for an insurance amount of CAD 4250. They told me to send all the payments in sums of under 1000 CAD so that their competitors do not grow suspicious. To send these amounts I spent CAD 560; altogether I spent 8751 CAD. Once I sent the last amount they told me to wait for 2 hours and will direct deposit the loan amount into my bank account. After this they went hiding. Nothing happened. I exhausted EVERYTHING I had to do the things these people instructed me. Now I and my wife are literally starving to feed our two 7 and 1-year-old sons in this new country. Somebody please do something and help.
