I have funds missing from my Greendot/Go2Bank account and for the last 5 days through numerous calls and chats, their supervisors AND chat CSR's keep hanging up on me and ending my chats without resolving my missing funds, despite my forcing one supervisor to file a report/case # that has NOT been followed up on !

The missing funds amount to a little over $200.00 and where I live on SSI Disability, I am not going to make it through this month without those funds that every single one of the Go2Bank employees that I have spoken with adamantly deny that there are not ANY missing funds without doing any kind of physical audit whats-so-ever ... PRIOR to their terminating my contact with those supposed professionals !?!?!?
