Grease Monkey review: Motor vehicle inspection

On 05/11/2022 around 10:30 I went to the same Grease Monkey-18550 Hwy 105 W, Montgomery, Tx I have patronized for years, for a state inspection of my diesel car. Waited in the driveway longer than usual until a worker, who saw me drive up, finished conversing with another worker. I told him that I only needed a state inspection but later I would bring another vehicle for inspection and oil change. The vehicle was eventually pulled into the bay, the hood opened and sat there for an extended time unattended. While waiting I spoke to several other unhappy patrons who were complaining about how long it was taking for their oil changes. My inspection was finally completed after a 1-1/4 hour wait for just a basic MVI. No emission testing was required.

Myself, along with other patrons complained to the cashier but he was unresponsive.

What happened Grease Monkey? I, along with many of my friends, have used this establishment for years but after today, probably never again.
